Not too far away from making dining reservations - What is your number #1 restaurant you must check out next May?

My fiance is a very easy going guy, and normally doesn't say he wants *anything* (impossible to buy gifts for)... But he came up to me when we first booked the trip and said "I want to eat at O'Hana's". So that's the 1st one I'm booking, because he actually said he wanted something.

I've been racking my brain over ADR's since we booked. Since this will be my MIL's first time, I'm going to take advantage of it and book a TON of sit down meals (DH is a picky eater so this may be my only chance to try new restaurants). I'm looking forward to Hoop De Doo, CRT, Ohana, Cape May, Akershus, 50's Prime Time, the Dessert Party & Biergarten. I started my workout routine this week in hopes to lose 20 lbs. before WDW so I can gain it all back while I'm there... haha!

Our new dates are May 26-June 6 and we are going to be at POR now. I made DH a deal that if we went with a mod rather than deluxe that we could get another trip in 2013

Just got back from an OC, NJ beach vacation! Next major vacation is Canada in January and then FINALLY Disney Honeymoon!!!!!!

Looks like some are thinking dining plans... I am getting ready now!

I'll be there May 5-9 at AKV Jambo House. My DH and I will be taking our 2 year old son for the first time. I'm so excited to share Disney with him!

My DH and I visited WDW in early December last year with the regular dining plan. We got to eat at Le Cellier, Sci-Fi, California Grill, Via Napoli, and Chef Mickey. I think since our son is still young we'll probably only eat at a few sit-down places. We won't be doing the dining plan again. The plan includes too many add-ons for us. I know we want to book a Tusker House breakfast to let my son see some characters before park opening and maybe one place at EPCOT.

I am usually a commando planner, but I am looking forward to simply picking a starting park and just winging it! It should be a fun experience.

So my wonderful DH surprised me with a trip to WDW at the end of this month!!! It's going to just be me and my 5 year old son but we're keeping it a surprise from him. I'm using our trip next May as a way to talk about this trip with him (he has no idea). We're staying at Pop and going to MNSSHP on October 30th (I know, gonna be CRAZY!), then we'll spend Halloween at Epcot with my favorite band, Hanson! Woohoo! Plus free dining So I booked TRex for arrival day, 1900 Park Fare dinner, 50's Prime Time lunch, Narcoossee's dinner & Ohana breakfast.

We're throwing my MIL a surprise 50th birthday party at our house on October 29th. Our flight leaves at 7:10 am on October 30th. So you can only imagine how stressed out I am! But I love it & I seriously cannot wait

That is sooo awesome!! I wish I could get DH to get something like that for me, but o wait I am getting a wedding and Disney Honeymoon in one year.

Not only booked May 19-27, but just purchased our Airfare as well. Now its just time to sit back and wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a place back in May, a whole year out, the minute the window opened... we are staying in a timeshare (Villas at Fortune Place-- older place, mixed reviews and definitely not the Grand Floridian...but wayyy cheap and has a full kitchen so we're not wasting time with breakfast restaurants every day)... and our dates are 26 May- 2 June

Condo- booked and paid
Autotrain- booked and paid
Disney rewards dollars- $164 and counting... I've never been so happy to pay my daycare bill every month...
Little stash of goodies-- yeah... not so great... a big messy pile on the dresser... gotta do something about that.

Dying to start the ADRs next month... but still massaging the itinerary so I know what to book for what day/time

Put us down, we will be arriving 5/27 at Bonnet Creek thru our RCI timeshare exchnage, our second off site trip but as close to on site as you can get. Hoping we love the resort as I am terrorfied to be trying off site again, at least this one is closer than the beach where we were for our last off sight trip.
