*Official* May 2010 Thread - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! It's May!

Okay, stress city!

I fell on Saturday morning and injured my foot. I am going to the doctor today to have it checked out, but right now, it's bruised and swelled up.

I'm trying to stay positive that it's only bruised and not injured more, but we've only got 32 days until vacation. I would rather not have to rent an ECV, but I'm willing to do whatever I need to do in order to go to WDW.




Hopefully it's nothing major, but I'm just warning to those who will be there when we go that I may be one of those people in an ECV that has no clue how to drive it.

Oh NO! you and me both! On Friday afternoon I stepped on something really sharp that went through the bottom of my school and gashed my foot open! It hurts to step down! NOOOOOOOO! I hope you heal quickly!

Well, I'm officially in a "boot" for the next 2 weeks. After that, the doctor is going to check on it and see where we are. I'll either be done with the boot then or have to wear it for 4 more weeks after that.

I'm just hoping that 2 weeks is it.

Wow! A lot of DISers love May! I hope I bump into some on our trip. We will be staying at BCV from May 8 to May 15. I would love to make it to the meet on the 11th; we'll see how DD4 will be behaving ;-).

We'll be at BCV from 4/29 - 5/16! May's really the best month to be at Disney

I just checked in online today - somehow that makes it feel real - and really close.

Got my travel documents from Disney!!!!!

That's so exciting. I got word from my Travel Agent that my Disney docs are in the mail. I look forward to receiving them! 34 days to go!!

Rooms are booked and tickets have been ordered. I guess I can call it official.

Oh NO!!!! If it makes you feel better i am also in a boot for a unspecified time Hopefully when i go to the doctor next week i will be freed from it. I would rather not wear it in disney!! Good luck with yours i hope that it is only two weeks...they really arent that fun!!!

Most of us don't have young kids but we do have one with a 4 year old...so maybe they can play together...

We have some folks coming from FAR away ! (Australia, UK, etc) so I am bringing some Mardi Gras Beads...and some Abita beer Can Huggies to give away....

I will be at BCV as well 5/9-14 with DS18....his "Graduation Celebration"...

Mary - can't wait to see you there; hope we can make it on the 11th; DH is a HUGE fan of Abita (and they don't have much of it in NJ). If we don't see you then, we'll see you the 14th for sure
