I'm actually really excited for these numbers! Our March 2019 trip numbers were worse!

In March 2019 you had fast passes and everything in the park was open (shows, etc)

I've used them for years and found them to really accurate. They have mostly 2-3 on those dates.

Thank you for sharing! I will keep that in mind for the future then as we all know how crowd calendars can be a bit hit or miss.

Yes, exactly. I follow the Historical Crowds on TP, and every time people are like "Today is INSANE AT MK!" Or "It was soooo crowded at HS today" I check to see what the crowd level ended up being that day at that park, and they are always 4 or 5's. So in my opinion, 4s and 5s today are like 8s and 9s pre-covid. With so many things not available to do right now and no fast passes, the "real feel" of the crowds is way higher than the TP calendar says it is.

So very excited to find this group/thread! My husband and I will be there March 8-13 celebrating my 50th birthday! We planned this particular week with the thought it will before the bulk of the spring break crowds- it's looking like it could be very hot and very busy! Hoping for a magical time anyway!

I can answer for the Droids! My girls are 11 and 14 so I’m not sure how successful this would be with younger children (you mentioned a stroller)...but my girls carried them around like pets. The droids interact in the land so they enjoyed “showing them around” and we placed their boxes between our feet on Smugglers Run. We returned to the hotel midday for a swim and to put the droids down for a nap.

Thank you! My kids are 4.5 and 7.5, so they're definitely big enough to walk around on their own with the droids--I love the idea of showing the droids around Galaxy's Edge! I'm not sure how many of the rides we'll be able to go on since my DS is short for his age and is RIGHT on the edge of being 40". Having a fun way to explore that land even without the rides is a fantastic back up idea.

I also know my kids will LOVE putting their droids down for a nap when we head back to the hotel!

Going to be there solo from March 7th through March 12th at the Riviera. First stay as a DVC owner.

Well, our plans might be changing. DH got a call from the health department tonight.

Fingers crossed the source of his exposure tests negative. If she’s positive, then 14 days puts us the day before we start vacation, assuming none of us show symptoms and have to start the clock over. I’m so annoyed by the whole thing.

We'll be there on Thursday! Hoping my flight lands on time - we have a tight hustle from the airport to our 3:15 ADR at Beaches & Cream. Thinking of just hopping in an Uber with our suitcases and heading there straight from the terminal instead of taking MDE to GF first. Alternatively can take the earlier flight but ugh waking up at 5am and having a full day is brutal.

I like touring plans for room requests and my over-planning tendencies, but don’t put too much stock in what they “predict”. It is spring break, during a pandemic, with limited and modified offerings. It will likely be busy and hot... but y’all will be in Disney World with your friends and/or family (or solo—even better), so enjoy it! The change in numbers on the site mean nothing to the joy you’ll have in the next 2-32 days!

Quite a bit actually! Whispering Canyon, Roaring Fork and Geyser Point are all open. Artist Point is closed. We’ll be at Wilderness the week before you. Excited to try Geyser Point for the first time—I hear it is lovely!
