MY little one fell OFF the bathroom sink today (don't even ask me WHY he was up there, the best reasoning that I could possibly give you is that he's 6 and he's a boy). He got him a big old goose egg on his head but fortunately no blood loss and no longering effects. Just scared me to death to think of my son getting a head injury less than 72 hours before we surprise him with his first Disney trip. Well I hope it heals up and doesn't swell too bad before we do leave, or we'll look like the parents who beat their son all the way to Disney World .

I know it isn't funny when you're in the moment, but this had me . That is SO something my son would have done at 6! We had to take down the ceiling fan in his room when he was that age, because to a 6 year old boy a bunk bed and a ceiling fan apparently look like they could make a great ride.

Amazingly he has survived to 13 so far, and now reserves most of that total disregard of the risk of bodily harm for the football field.

Yeah, lol! Ours starts football this fall partly because he has a really bad habit of tackling the other team when we had him playing soccer last year. I think he's just geared to be a rowdy little wild thing.

BTW: Less than 48 hours now!!!!!!!

We are flying out of Kansas City on March 5 and staying at WDW until March 12. My kids are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and are getting excited! They have never been before!

Both mine were MAJOR climbers, no fear. Thank GOD they have cat like balance. I don't miss their younger days shenanigans one bit. You have my sympathy Ralph

Three weeks from this moment we will be flying to Orlando.
Haven't packed a thing. Don't know what the weather will be like, but I'll wait another week before looking into that. Still have to find ponchos and figure out how to pack for a week in just carry on luggage. Yikes!!

We have state standardized testing tomorrow and I'm practically dying myself. A week from today, I'll get to be in MK for one glorious day and then, four days later, I'll be back there again for 36 hours. I can't wait!!!!!

I am beyond upset. I am afraid I may have to cancel our trip. My DD10 has a terrible stmach bug (we even went to the hospital) and I thought she was getting better but tonight she has had diarrhea like very 10 minutes. I cant get on the plane with her like that. I am sad beyond words.
