As far as tipping for DVC I know we did not when we went in Dec. But we had no idea how we were supposed to leave the room. I really wish they would tell you what htey want or expect. We were in a 1 bedroom and has both the chair and sofa pulled out so. I ended up asking the mousekeeper in the hall and she said I can do as little or as much as I want. So I stripped them and put all the sheets and towels in the bathroom in the hall. Silly me forgot about T&T and washed all the towels the night before it so I never even got new towels LOL.

As far as Pedro goes I LOVE the signs. JRs seems to be taking over though on the sign department. We stopped for gas at SOB and man that place was grimmy. We drive when we go in Dec with the kids. We live in NJ so its supposed to be a 17 hour dr but we stop and spend the night in GA. I thought it would be torture with 3 kids but they like it. They get new DS games and movies before we leave and I fill their Disney Messanger bags with books and activities. We printed out the license plate game this time and the kids had a blast with that one too.

We got our Mickey Mail today! It's real! Getting it has put us into motion, we're going to get our Florida clothes and then finalize our planning book!

Registering our photopass card right now!

Its so close 2 weeks away!

I am so excited....we just got our personalized Photopass card in the mail yesterday . It looks so cool. We have a picture of the 4 of us infront of the castle during our MVMCP night. I also had the girl's pick out their autograph books that I just purchased . It is so nice to get all of these kinds of things done and out of the way so when it get to the 10 day and less mark, all I have to worry about is cleaning the house

Thank you all so much, that means a lot. My SO just lost his mom in September, so it's been a difficult few months. Hopefully getting out of the city and to a place where Mickey walks around will do us a lot of good.

Just read your post, roomthreeseventeen. I am sorry for your loss. I hope the trip to disney is just what the family needs to heal. Big hugs.

They were really really easy to do. And only took a day to do them.


The socks are Noro Silk Garden Sock Yarn. First time using Noro and I like it. I might of been able to go down a needle size but I like them. The patternis a free one:

For anyone going this week - have you been able to do online check-in? I've been trying for 3 days now and keep getting an error message "we are unable to retrieve your reservation at this time - please try again later". I did send an email but haven't heard back yet. I was able to retrieve dining reservations with no problem though.
