Official JUNE 2009 Thread!!!

Me too...

I thought it would be crowded but mangeable and the crowd level talk has been the only thing making me feel nervous about our trip....

As long as the crowd calendar is predicting 8-9's I'm going to be worried!!! I'm crossing my fingers that the numbers will lower! I've always found the crowd calendar to be very accurate.

We are 55 Days out and I can't believe how fast it is going I am a little nervous because I still haven't pulled Summer Clothes out to see what fits me and my Husband the girls got all new clohtes to go but I still have to pick somethings up.

Going June 16-24. Flying down, staying one night at Pop Century, then moving up to Polynesian for the rest of the stay. Looking forward to it, I can't wait !!!!

I think we are at 56 days. I paid our trip off yesterday and upgraded the 7 day base to 10 day No Expiration and when we arrive will upgrade that to AP's for less than $70 for both. I think I have figured I will be savings about $250 doing this. I am so excited, this will allow us to make more trips down throughout the next year

Dh had plenty of summer clothes adn I hopefully can maek do with what I have. I don't want to go buy anthing else, because I don't wear them at home much and it would be a waste. What are most of you wearing?

We pretty much have everything else and our toiletry bags are already packed, just need to refill kleenex, band aids, neosporin, and baby wipes.

Walgreens has had an amazing sale on their own brand of bottled water and we have stocked up $2.99 for 24 bottles, limit 2 and they have had it almost every 2 weeks. Since it is just Dh and I we will take a few snacks, maybe a box of pop tarts and some chips and a few soda, but we are on the QS dining plan and that will be plenty for us with 2 QS meals/day and 2 snacks and a refillable mug, we are set.

Trip is a TOTAL SURPRISE, going to surprise the girls when school is out with a DVD that I'm making with pics from their 9th grade school year. I am using the song "What Time Is It?" from High School Musical 2, and at the end of the DVD I am going to write "It's Disney Time!" I can't wait to see the look on their faces.

Also going to surprise DS, just don't know how yet.

Happy Easter, everyone!!

The Easter bunny must have known that we are going to Disney becuase he delivered baskets full of stuff for the kids to take on the trip!! New PJ's, swimsuits, clothes, hats and fun stuff too!! The kids are now completely ready to go and DD made me get out one of the big suitcases so that she could start packing!

We are going in June as well! DH's first trip and my first trip as an adult and in 15 years. June 13-19 at the Pop Century.

I will be attaching some lime green mickey heads to our bags and will be on the lookout for others!
