75 more days to go. I think time is slowin down.

It will rev back up in a few more days. I think I spent SO much time planning the flight, booking the package and making ADR's that after the 90 day mark I didn't have anything else to do. Then after about 2 weeks, I started thinking about all the stuff to pack, new clothes to buy, first aid kit to prepare, etc. Now I am busy as a bee again and counting down the days!

I couldn't resist today at Target. I bought some of those small travel size items for packing. In the toy section I found those small light up spinning fans. I've seen these in the dollar store before but they don't light up.....also they have Disney characters on them too! We used ours alot 2 yrs ago during our August trip but our last yr trip in July we really didn't need them.

Okay, here I am....70 days out from our 1st day at WDW. I began looking at my pkg deal again and started thinking...

I'm tempted to rework the entire plan. I'm thinking about a state park located about 20 minutes away from the World (vs FW Campground), daily park tickets (minus park hoppers), and maybe quick, quick, snack plan (vs the QS, TS, and snack plan).

I'm wondering if I could save some $$ by changing up my current arrangements to those mentioned above. What are your thoughts?

I am taking my 11 (soon to be 12) year old sister for a surprise trip to celebrate her 12th birthday. She thinks we are driving up to Buffalo to go shopping but really we are getting on a plane! We will be staying a POP (student budget!) from June 18th-25th! So excited!!!

That is a wonderful surprise for your sister! How are you going to keep it a secret? I would be beside myself.

If money really is an issue, I say go for it, but make sure you take park hours into account. As a previous poster mentioned, this means you are not eligible for extra magic hours. Also you will have to pay for parking if you are staying offsite, so factor that in when you compare the prices. If I were you, I would check out touringplans.com a few weeks before you go (their crowd calendar is free for the month before or something like that) and plan your days around the recommended days. Since you won't have park hopper, you want to make sure you are at the least busy park for each day so that you can maximize your time. Good luck!

Do a puzzle last year I bought Cinderella's castle (3D puzzle) and it made the time fly working on it before our trip

Avoid your ticker!!! Seriously, I go days without paying any attention to mine and then when I do I'm always surprised at how much time has passed!!! That'll be impossible once it gets down to about 2 weeks though.
