How long and when are the tour groups at WDW? I remember one time when we were there, they were all over the place, but can't remember what month it was. They can be really irritating.

My 10 years of WDW Orlando, they are there from end of June till beginning of Sept. have not heard to much on the Dis board about the groups after the end of Aug.

Got it! . I updated mine too. I decided to change some reservations last night at midnight. Lol. We are going to try Brown Derby for the first time in over 10 years. DD and surprisingly DS also wanted to go to 1900 Park Fare as well, so we had to switch some things around. Since I want them to enjoy the trip too, we had to get rid of Boma for dinner which is one of my favorites, but that's ok. There is always October.

Capegirl - Happy 4th to you too. By the way, I guess I forgot to up date our ADR's. We have 12:10 time slot for The Plaza on Saturday also. We plan on starting out at HS and then come over to MK for the rest of the day.

I enjoy the Potato Soup and the Ruben Sandwich..

Finally made it here !!!!
This place is beautiful.

Stayed at Marriot Courtyard hotel yesterday after the long drive in. It was really nice.
At at Bahama Breeze for dinner and it was pretty good. Basic foods but really good and not to expensive.

Checked in to CSR today.
Room is really nice, Waterview room in Casita 5 building.

Went off site to Boston Lobster Feast. Someone in the family wanted to spend $100 for dinner and it wasn't me. lol Oh well, you only live once, right?

Came back and went to the pool. Girls loved it, mainly because of the waterslide. Perfect for their size.

Tomorrow we are going to tackle Magic Kindom.

It has rained of and on since we have been here. But nothing going to stop us from having a great time here.

This is a report from a fellow Dis Friend just getting back from Disney.

The good:
CR was wonderful. Great view of the most amazing fireworks! I totally agree. Our room was ready at check in at 10:30am. {6/23}
Parks where crowded but manageable. Even the brazilan teen's and our cheerleaders all seemed in smaller, better managed groups.

The bad:
Hmmmm, not much > remember your at wdw.
We had a wayyyyyyyyyyy over worked waitress cm at Tony's. That was kinda interesting.
Driving anywhere for the 11 nites > off property was dangerous and insane. I have NEVER seen so many accident's and near misses before. Just crazy and unsafe. Just backed up terrible traffic too.

The Ugly:
EASY >>>> WEATHER. Ugh. Rained and then Rained some more. Our 1st 3 days where sunny with rain in evening. Then it would be sunny in am {sometimes} or just be totally overcast and rain off and on ALL day.

Bob, sounds like you had a great trip. I remember driving to Universal and there were accidents everywhere. I thought to myself "they say Boston has crazy driving" We may be crazy, but we can drive without crashing When I read your mini TR, I was thinking SO TRUE!

I am pathetic, because when I woke up this morning I thought to myself- time to look at the Orlando 10 day forecast! Even though, I know what it will say- Hot, Hot, Hot and chance of thunderstorms Who cares, it makes me happy
