OFFICIAL JULY 2009 THREAD!!! The wait is on!!!

If I had the CHOICE would I go in July? Probably not. But my husband teaches and gets the whole month of July off, and I'm a homeschool mom, so July is the only time we can go! But, I'd rather be hot and miserable at Disney World then hot and miserable here at home. LOL

Besides, there is just something that is "right" about going on vacation in the summer, ya know?

I would rather go in July then not being about to go with my grandkids at all.

I love going to disney in the summer!!!!! to me, it just wouldnt be a disney trip if it weren't hot and crowded lol. i plan on going to the parks early, taking a nap in the afternoon, then going back to the parks at night.
I'm actually very excited to go to the evening EMH's! this is something i've never done, and I think its awesome being able to stay at MK til 2am.

Totally agree!! Went once last winter and it was NOT the same! TTA was not as cool and relaxing as the summer when it's 40 degrees!

I can't even imagine being in disney in 40 degree weather!!!
I love riding TTA and i am so sad its gonna be closed when we are there

So far as I can tell it will only be TTA and Space Mountain that will be closed. I hope that will be it and will feel lucky if that is all that it closed. Can't wait to begin this vacation. I can make my ressies in just about one month. It just can't get here soon enough.

We will be at BWV from July 30-August 8th. Hate the crowds, Hate the heat but it is the only time all 7 of us can go!!!! We have done August before and it is not that bad. See you all there!!!

We'll be at WDW July 2-10. Have never been over a holiday before so I'm a little concerned but we are gonna give it a try!

Wish those hours would come out also. We may sleep late every morning and stay up late at the parks at night

We're coming July 18-25, 2009 and staying at the SOG. It's been 6 years since we've been to WDW. The kids are now 21, 17 and 11 and can't wait.

Those are our exact dates!!! My kids are going to be 17DD and 6DS...

Love the picture but can't see me wearing a jacket while at WDW!! One of the reasons I love WDW in September/ October. Lower crowds but you still have the heat!!!

Are you getting married on the 18th? What airport are you flying out of? We're flying Continental out of Newark on the 19th. (I know, not technically NY but people consider it one of the three NYC airports.)

I would guess the 1st. Didn't June hours come out March 1st? Definitely sometime in the beginning of April, if not the 1st.
