Well I've managed to get most of the ADRs that I wanted. Kona Cafe on July 2 at 610 pm, Rose & Crown at 540 and Coral Reef at 1245 on July 4. The only one I couldn't get was dinner in the Castle on July 3.
But I did get the Crystal Palace at 550 instead.
So instead of eating with the Fairy Grandmother I will be eating with Pooh and Tigger.
We also have the Plaza on July 3 at 1210.
The reservation CM did tell me to keep checking back if I wanted the Castle, but I think I will just stick with the Palace.

Just got off the phone with my BFF. We have a tentative schedule.
She just needs to figure out if they are going to park hop or not, but even if we don't I think we have a good plan. So glad those hours finally came out. Fantasmic really caused us a hard time. Can't believe they have cut it back so far. Weren't people still going?
