Official Jollywood Nights 2025

@Tiggerette Was there a Fantasmic! showing that evening?
Do you happen to know times for Little Mermaid or Villains?
I believe I heard there was a Fantasmic at 6:30pm. I was already in line for Chewie. I didn't do any of the rides or shows other than the Jollywood nights ones.... though I would have liked to have seen the Villains show if there was more time. I didn't pay attention to the waits/business for them, unfortunately.

I was not focused on rides during JN, instead on aspects only available at JN. However, I did notice a 5min wait time at the end of the night for Falcon and Rise of the Resistance (RotR). RotR can go down, so if that ride is really important to you perhaps consider hitting that one earlier.

I was at Batuu from 5:40pm- 7:40pm. At 6pm-ish the crowd (on 11/15) was medium-light. There were definitely families there, but it wasn't congested. At 7pm it did get noticeably lighter as non-JN night families were leaving and JN nights people were coming over to queue.

It would be useful to get your JN band internally, if you can. That way you can get it earlier and focus on getting the most of rides instead of being held at the gate until 5:30pm opening.
Thanks for the response and info! That sounds manageable for sure - tho I know it gets busier closer to Xmas but party capacity doesn’t change (I assume!). We won’t be in the park before 530 as we bought JN and MVMCP tix in lieu of adding 2 more days to our two-day ticket. Thought it would be a festive atmosphere and we could take in a few of the party offerings as we ride hop too!

Party attendance for Jollywood nights can change as many of those parties do not sell out so it depends on how many people purchase tickets each party. To date, all 2025 Jollywood Nights parties still have tickets available.

There's a new holiday exhibit @ Walt Disney Presents and showings of holiday cartoons in the theater - is this available during Jollywood Nights? I really want to see it but it looks like it closes at 6pm on party nights (too soon for me to get there in time with the lines to get in at 5:30) but it's unclear to me if it re-opens for party guests. Thanks for any help you can give me!

My family did Jollywood Nights on 11/15. It was a sold out party but only sold out the day before as I was watching it wondering if it actually would. It honestly didn't really feel like a sold out party and my family had a great time! I would even say that it felt like we had more time to do things than at MVMCP!

Here's a rundown of what we did that I can remember.

We got there close to 5:30pm, probably like 5:45pm, since we were taking the skyliner from Art of Animation. As a forewarning, the skyliner was closed when the party was over and we had to take bus transportation back to the resort. The line to get in was long, but was moving. It seemed like the entire side was open for the party, so the farther you went right, the shorter the line was. We entered, got our wristbands, which are the plastic ones, and the M&M bottle.

We were ushered down the side way and went through the picture with the sign. My family got in line for a picture with the sign and while it was a cool sign, it wasn't that great of an experience for us. We were a large party, of 11, but nowhere did anyone say that we would be limited to 5 pictures. Additionally, the photopass photographer didn't even wait until everyone was in the frame before snapping them off. She also didn't tell us she was even going to begin taking them. Needless to say, that wasn't the best experience we had. When my parents inquired whether they'd be able to take a picture together, they were told that they'd have to wait in line again as we were well past the limit of 5 per group. Had we known that, we would've split into smaller groups before taking the pictures. Also, we did have Memory Maker for our trip, but if you don't, only the pictures you take after the party starts, which I think is 7:30pm, would be included for photopass. If you were only attending the party and didn't have Memory Maker, any of the pictures you take beforehand, including those at the Jollywood Nights sign, wouldn't be included.

After that, we split off to do what we wanted to. We had a long time before the event officially started and so I, along with some others in the party, went to Smugglers Run first as it was a short wait. I believe it was 15 minutes. Rise was longer, at about 40-45 minutes and while the younger children wanted to go on that, we told them that it'd be shorter later into the party. Instead we went to Alien Swirling Saucers and went on that with a 5 minute wait.

Next, it was nearing the beginning of the party and my nephew wanted to meet Phineas and Ferb. We got in line right before the party officially started and the wait was about an hour until we got to see them. They were delayed in coming out, but also, in the beginning, it was only Ferb. After a couple of families, Phineas also joined. We met them by 8:30pm.

Once we finished with them, I got the meatball and polenta, which was actually pretty good, and we walked over to the Tower of Terror area to meet the rest of the family that was getting food. Some went on Tower of Terror, which was a walk on, and I got the Miss Piggy dessert, which was pretty good. I thought it was a lot of one person and definitely shared it. When they came back from Tower of Terror, we went to Rockin' Rollercoaster next. I only went on it once, but my nephew went on it three times, all with minimum waits. I think the first time we walked right into the pre-show.

Then it was time for fireworks and so we were able to get a spot like 10-15 minutes before. My nephew was done with his third Tower of Terror ride in about the middle of the fireworks. We took a short break after the fireworks getting some more pictures before going to Toy Story Mania, which was probably our longest wait of the night. On the way, we also stopped by the Pixar Dance Party for a little bit and it was really cool with the lights and bubbles. Toy Story Mania was probably about a 20 minute wait. The ride did shut down for a little bit, but we were already at the end where they showed you the scores, so it wasn't bad for us. Majority of our party left afterwards, it was about 11:30pm by this time, while some of us stayed to do more rides. Initially we wanted to do Slinky Dog Dash as a whole group, but it was down at this time. We headed towards Rise of the Resistance, which was listed at 15 minutes. The 15 minutes was really walking through the line for the ride. We literally walked right in to the pre-show and right on to the ride. It was only our party of 5 in one car and then just a singular person in the other car, so it was only us 6 on the ride.

By this point it was midnight so we had about 30 minutes left. Our plan was to ride Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railroad, but that showed that it was shut down. Figuring that it probably wouldn't come back with 20 minutes, we decided to go on Slinky Dog Dash to end the night. The wait for that was also probably 10 minutes. In the end, we began to make our way out from the party at 12:30am. The wait for the bus wasn't long and we were back by 1:30am.

All in all, I thought it was a great time!

I did not know the skyliner is not running after the party. Does anyone know if the boats run after the party or is it bus/walk only to Epcot Resorts?

Boats do not run after the party. It’s bus (or walk to Crescent Lake hotels).
Edited to add: last year we took a bus back to the Swan. It was the first drop off, so rather quick.

We've got our party booked for 12/20, the day after we arrive.

Looking at the Jazzy Holidays at Brown Derby reservations but hesitant to book it as I don't want to waste a lot of party time for it.

For those that have done it, what am I getting myself into as far as length of time spent in there? Is it just cocktails and small plates while listening to the music?

Our focus is going to be the shows, Tip Top club, maybe a dance party and some photopass shots but not necessarily characters. If we get in a couple of rides, all the better.

And good to know about the post above about Skyliner - that sucks as we're at Pop Century.

It drinks and/ or appetizers. The menu is really limited so the service was fairly quick (last year). We made a reservation around 10:30, went to the fireworks afterwards. Had already seen the shows we wanted and ridden the rides we wanted by then. We enjoyed it.

Thanks! Went ahead and booked it for 10:40 so we can hit it after Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!

I am planning my (solo) evening at Jollywood Nights next Saturday, and I need some help planning. Here are my priorities:

Glisten show
Jingle Bell, Jingle Jam
Holidays in Hollywood
Nightmare Before Christmas show
Partysaurus Rex meet

MMRR
SDD
RnRC
ToT

I do want to see some other entertainment like the Pixar Disco, Tip Top Club etc but I will just work those in throughout the night. Same with getting food and drinks. Can anyone make any suggestions for me? I am afraid I will get there, be totally overwhelmed and spend my time inefficiently. Thank you!!

Probably a little overkill, but this is how my mind works with planning Disney trips. I put down the events and their times on a list in a spreadsheet and tried to mark the times of each I think I can hit. Will probably have a screenshot of this on the night of to reference if I forget.

This idea will help. Thank you!

So, for my solo trip the week before Thanksgiving, I got in line for Nightmare maybe a little after 7, then was able to fast walk after the show to catch the first Holidays in Hollywood. After that show I got the turkey popover (line was pretty long, as lots of people leaving the show had the same idea), then hit RnRC. After that I grabbed some Kermit ice cream (lines for it and the popover were down to zero by then) and wandered over to the ice skating, I caught about 85% of the show. Then I hit the restroom to clean out the souvenir cup and wandered back to catch the fireworks. After the fireworks, I walked over to SDD, then wandered over to TSM and Star Wars. I completely forgot about MMRR and never made my way back down to ToT, but I probably could have.

There are some efficiencies to be gained if I were actively planning things better--as I mentioned I went to eat at a more crowded time, but that's when I was hungry, and I was on the wrong "side" of the courtyard for fireworks given I then went to Toy Story Land, but not really a huge deal. IMO, being able to hit those two shows back to back helped a lot (but does require being able to cover that distance at a brisk walk)--ride-wise, the later it gets the shorter the lines get in general.

Fantasmic would have shown last night but was cancelled for rain.

Other questions answered…
It looked like the skyliner was running after the party but maybe the gondolas keep moving even if not able to ride?

We got on Rise as a walk on around 1130, ToT basically a walk on both times we went around 715 then 11ish. M&MRR a walk on as well when we went at about 730. But it was a rainy night so ymmv.

Jazzy Holidays at the BD was fun and you can make it last as long as you like. Stay for more drinks and apps or just one. Since it was raining we had 2 drinks and shared 2 apps and we were there about 45 minutes.

I’m glad we went, but I think I’d rather go for a day ticket. Both MVMCP and JN were crowed but MVMCP was wayyyyy more crowded.

Lines for cookies were crazy so we only got a couple towards the end of the night when crowds died down a bit.

Hopes this helps anyone going!

For anyone attending last night’s (12/6) party that had reduced offerings because of the weather—I spoke with guest services chat this morning. They offered me two additional LL for any park. I’ll follow up via email as well, but was told since the party wasn’t delayed they could not offer additional compensation. Feel like they could offer a little more given so much was cancelled, but glad I tried to at least get something.

Went to Jollywood last night 12/6, sold out online & signs at entrance said sold out. Our priorities were rides & the muppet Holidays in Hollywood show.

Long entry line at 5:05pm when we arrived. We were in the park with our M&Ms by 5:37pm.

IMG_5480.jpeg

-Rode Star Tours x2, walk on.
-Upon exiting it started pouring. Hunkered under an awning for ~5-10min until it subsided to just a steady rain. Rise said 40min but the line was starting outside about 40' from the line entrance, so we bailed (I have no idea how long that line would have taken, maybe it was only 40min? We had only been to HS once, during covid, so nothing to base lines on).
-Rode Millennium Falcon x2, walk on.
-The rest of the night varied from light/moderate rain to misting.
-Rode Slinky Dog. 6:58pm, they were checking wristbands to get in line. Posted 25, waited ~15, was raining a little. Ride photo from 7:15pm cannot be downloaded from Memory Maker.
-Got in line for Slinky Dog again, posted 15min, we were almost to loading platform in 5min but it went down. They cleared the area after 15min or so, Slinky stayed down for at least the next hour from what I saw.
-Rode Toy Story Midway Mania, posted 25, ~15min wait.
-Dinner at ABC Commissary. Line was nearly out the door but it moved ok. Birria taco very good, enchiladas with street corn good/fine.
-Holidays in Hollywood - got in line 8:40pm for the 9:15pm show. We wanted good seats. This was the only period where it didn't rain, which made it a good time to be in line. Watched the Tower of Terror projections from the line. Entered the theater about 9pm. I believe this showing reached capacity. (When we walked past at 11:04, we heard the cast members say that the 11pm show was full but not sure if they just meant closed because it was already after 11pm start time?). Kermit & Miss Piggy were awesome! The rest of the show was just fine.
-Rock 'n Roller Coaster x2. Posted 10min, waited 5-10min then under 5min. Photos did not come through Memory Maker.
-Tower of Terror x3, walk on.
-Mickey & Minnie Runaway Railway, walk on.
-Slinky Dog, posted 15min, waited 10min. Much more pleasant without the rain!
-Rise of the Resistance x2, walk on. Got in line for 2nd ride 12:22am, exited ride 12:37am.

Final tally: 15 rides, 1 show, 1 counter service dinner, 4 bathroom breaks, 2 pairs very wet shoes!

Thanks for your detailed rundown!!! Sounds like a good night despite the rain.

Other than wet feet all night we had a great time!

Intended to explore Galaxy's Edge with 0 crowds but am happy with the choices we made.
Wet feet are the worst - especially if cold! I’m sorry! And I am sure it was much better by being at Disney - tolerable! Note to self to bring two pairs of good walking tennis shoes! None of my comfortable walking shoes are rain or waterproof.
