Well, I've hit my first setback. I've been running for over 2 months now with no problem. Then, last Friday, I hurt my knee when foolishly pushing a pop-up camper up the driveway into the garage. It's a little stiff in the morning, and I can walk on it without much problem, but I tried running yesterday and gave up after about 30 seconds.
I'm going to check with the doctor tomorrow to make everything is okay. It stinks that I've had no problems running, but one stupid act sabotages my training!
So, all you runners, let's hear some POSITIVE stories of beating injuries! I've already made my ADRs for January, so I'm NOT missing this half-marathon!
