Just checked, our reservation is showing in MDE, booked through regular dining number, gave them AP number.

Just changed my date and restaurant choice through MS...about a 40 minute wait, very excited, Gary Sinese, lunch Chef de France for 5pm show! You give MS your original confirmation number m, when they modify booking, your credit card gets charged for the difference!

I don't think we know for sure. Last year the final group of narrators (including John Stamos) wasn't announced until November 2nd.

I called WDW-DINE right at 7 AM EST. Waiting maybe 10 mintues.

By 7:16 when I remembered, the wait was "over 2 hours" so I called back around 11 and waited . . . 11 min.

We are there mid-Dec but I wanted to make sure my parents got a candlelight dining reservation for the same time as the non-candlelight reservation for the rest of the party, so I called right away.

Last year we were there the first week in Dec and there was lots of availability in Sept/Oct when I started planning that one and I think I decided to add on the Candlelight Dining package fairly late in my planning. Mentioning for folks who aren't planning Christmas week who might think they missed the boat.

Got through after 27 min on the DVC line. My first choice - Chefs de France dinner for 8:15 show on 12/5 wasn't available. Booked La Hacienda instead and will look tomorrow to see if Chefs opens up.

I couldn’t get 12/5 either, but was finally able to get the 8:15 show on 12/4 at chefs. Since we are on the dining plan , she just held my card.

Last year, I booked one on opening day and then like three weeks later was able to get chef de France at an earlier 4:30 dinner to give us time to eat dinner, dessert and still line up 45 mins before the 8:15 show

I currently have an annual pass that expires in October. Does the pass just need to be active now to make the reservation, or does it need to be active at the time of the reservation? I don't plan to renew the pass. I was able to purchase MVMCP tickets with the discount, never thought about the fact that the AP will expire in October and the party is in December.

So I gave up this morning after holding for half an hour at 7 AM, with concerns that they might not take my AP voucher # based on comments here. Called DVC at 9 AM on the dot and held about 25 minutes. Got NPH on 12/5 for our party of 8 as we wanted but not the meal time we had hoped for (Rose & Crown 4pm, wanted after 6:45 show). Member Services rep told me that they have not released all the evening slots as has been mentioned here. May look to revise some point but happy to have landed something after all this drama! Thanks everyone

1. I am unsure what you had to have to make one, but being a DVC Member allowed me to make the reservations.
2. TO MY SURPRISE, I HAD TO PREPAY FOR EACH.

If I am making reservations tomorrow with the masses is there anything I should know? How difficult is it to get a certain show time on the day of the reservation? Just tell them I want the 8:15 show on a certain day? The show time for me has priority over the restaurant as my child is singing. I have about 6 restaurants that I'm ok with and time of meal is not that important. So flexible with all but show time. Call at 7 and just stay on hold? or safe to wait until the initial rush of calls? If done by phone how does the reservation get linked to my account? They will ask for my email I assume?

I tried on MyDisneyExperience at 0600 and no luck.

I called dining at (407) 939-3378 and they said they open at 0700.

I called DVC at (407) 566-3800 and they said they open at 0900.

Oh, well.

Still nothing online and now 2-hour wait on the phone.

Still on hold. I guess I feel fortunate not to be cut off.

I will call DVC at 0900, too.

At 0815, I got through by phone, but they did not have listed Restaurant Marrakesh for Tuesday, December 3, 2019, Candlelight Processional Package reservations.

At least by reading these posts this morning, I was not surprised that not all of the Candlelight Processional Package restaurants have been put in for completely.

I already have a regular restaurant ADR for that day that I made at the 180-day mark in case this happened and I would have to stand in the standby line.

I think that I may try the DVC number today, but I probably will hear the same thing.

So I will probably wait until I can try online when that opens up for Candlelight Processional Package reservations.

DVC has a busy signal for me.

I just finished making my two Candlelight Processional Package reservations at 1530 going through Disney Vacation Club after the fiasco this morning. This was my first time calling on the first day.

It took about 5-minutes from dialing to get a DVC representative.

The automated voice wanted my DVC member number, phone number and last 4-digits of my Social Security number.

I wanted to see the second 6:45 pm shows. Restaurant Marrakesh

The first Candlelight Processional Package reservation was for Tuesday, December 3, 2019, for Restaurant Marrakesh. They did not offer lunch, but only dinner to see the 6:45 pm show. They offered 3:45 pm dinner to see Neil Patrick Harris at the 6:45 pm show. The total cost was $67.10.

The second Candlelight Processional Package reservation was for Friday, December 13, 2019, for Restaurant Marrakesh. They offered 1:50 pm lunch to see Neil Patrick Harris at the 6:45 pm show. The total cost was $72.42. I wanted a 3:00 pm lunch, but this is as close as I could get.

I guess that I am done. I hope everyone else got what the wanted.

Tokyo Dining is randomly showing up as available for me and I'm not an AP holder or a DVC owner....anyone know why just that one restaurant is showing up for me?

I was worried because I couldn't call in today until a little after 1pm, but I had only about a 5 minute hold time, and no trouble booking exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to see Gary Sinise on our first Candlelight Processional!

With the dining package, if seeing NPH, how far in advance would you line up to get a decent seat? We've done this show many times with the dining package but never with a narrator as rabidly sought after as NPH. Our lunch is at 2:30 and the show is 6:45. I wished we could have gotten the first show since I kind of hate "hearing" the earlier show while either walking around or waiting in line. I figure we will finish eating by 3:30/3:45 and wander world showcase for a bit before getting in the package line. Maybe I can get a 4pm Frozen FP LOL.

That is what the automated voice said while waiting for a DVC representative. The DVC office will be closed for the July 4th Holiday. Is that unusual for a holiday for DVC office to close.

But you can still go online at 0600 tomorrow.

And I was able to link my Candlelight Processional reservations on MyDisneyExperience by inputting the reservation numbers about an hour after I didn't see it already listed.
