Does anyone use KT tape on a regular basis? Since I've been dealing (unsuccessfully) with PF, I thought I would try taping my foot with KT tape for the race just to add some support to it and hopefully make it a little less painful. I know it's not a cure, but I can't get in to see a podiatrist until I get back from this trip. My question is, is it something I would need to get used to...or do you not even notice it's there really? Race day will likely be the first time I try it out...not ideal, but

It comes off easily though, right? Kind of like a band-aid maybe? I figure I can always just rip it off mid-race if it's giving me problems. I was kind of bummed to see the KT tape people weren't going to have a booth at the expo...I seem to recall seeing them at the halfs in the past...was hoping to let one of them tape me up...but I guess I'll just make do with the instructional video on their website.
If you must know...I bought the hot pink tape!!!

I was going to go for a few different colors, but the BF reminded me that at $13 a box, I could use that $$ for alcohol at the food & wine fest...which will likely work just as well for the pain, right? He's so wise.
