2 questions.

1. OKW to Poly.

Option 1> Bus to MK, Monorail or boat to Poly
Option 2> Boat to DTD, Bus to Poly

Any other options (besides cab lol)? I assume option 1 may be slightly faster...?

2. OKW to POR

Option 1> Boat to DTD, Boat to POR. Am I correct in that the OKW boat lands on the west side but I'd have to catch the POR boat in the Marketplace? And despite that this seems fairly direct...it could take some time?

Option 2> can't think of a way that is potentially faster.

And no, we will not have a car.

Option 1 will be faster, potentially much faster. Option 2 won't be possible before around 10:00 am

Right, this would be in the evening. We may be in DTD at the time, hence option 2. What about to POR? Also in the evening...,

If you really want to go in the front entrance, you'll have to take a cab, but it's best to just walk or take the boat to the international gateway.

Actually, the OKW boat docks at the MP, and the POR boat docks at PI. There's a separate boat that runs between the 2 docks, but it's less than a 10-minute walk.

Faster might be bus transfer at Epcot if it's open. Epcot is just about 5 minutes from OKW, and 10 minutes to POR, but allow at least 1 hour + time from your villa to Hospitality House in case of delays.

Buses run between Epcot & BB. The bus to BB goes thru Coronado first, so it's about a 30 minute ride. The bus back is direct, only about 10 minutes.

No direct buses between Epcot & TL. From WS, you can get walk out the back gate and get a bus at BC. From the front, you need to take the bus to a resort and transfer. Traveling to TL after 11 a.m. can take over an hour, because the buses first make 2 stops at DTD, in addition to the transfer you must make.

BC is closer.

The boat dock serving Y&BC is behind the YC. The boat to IG also stops at BW, and between Swan & Dolphin.

I read a few months back that there will be buses going directly to MK from the other parks (like the resort to MK buses). Has this already taken effect or will I be dropped off at the TTC from an AK bus?

To the best of my knowledge, the park buses are still being dispatched from the TTC.

When and what bus would I need to take in order to make a breakfast reservation for 8:30 am at the Contemporary Resort from Art of Animation? I assume that you can then take the monorail to disney?

You would get on the bus for MK, and then you can take the monorail to the Contemporary or you can walk. Then when you're done, you can take the monorail or walk to the MK (I assume that's what you mean by Disney).

I would say be at the bus stop no later than 7:30, not because it would take an hour to get to MK, but because if you just miss a bus, it could be 20-30 minutes before the next one.
