**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

Thank you - DD is hopeful to get one when we check in. For the sake of my sanity, I'm hopeful too. LOL

Just booked the Pirate and Pals fireworks cruise for DD's bday...while on the phone the CM told me all days for the Frozen package are sold out. I know a PP mentioned this earlier. I can't believe they are sold out already..glad I got mine when they went on sale. I wonder how many tickets they allow per day?! :confused3

200 packages a day.

Best wishes! I hope she is able to get one that day.

Thanks. I wasn't sure of the exact number.

Did you get a survey to fill out about your package experience?

I did not but two of us in our group were asked quite a list of questions by researchers while in line and then while in the dessert party.

The limited number of packages is what's causing the sellouts...that's only 50 families of four who are getting the package each day. I personally (as a package holder who purchased the second day) am happy about this. I wouldn't want much more than 200 people in the small premium areas.

Oh good. I did the survey for FTF too. This one online was so much shorter and less in depth.

I wouldn't want any more than what was there either.

When you get to Min and Bill's you'll see the queue is not actually at the counter service restaurant, but right in front of it across from the picnic tables. The line for the parade forms towards the stores and stays along the fence.

They start letting people into the viewing area around 10am. People start lining up before that.

If you can get a spot along the rope for the parade that would be nice. They take down the rope for the welcome on stage as soon as the parade passes. The viewing area begins to fill with regular guests as does the street.

There is a return time on your package ticket. We returned during the first part of that window.

The queue for sing-along is along the side of the theater across from the green umbrellas.

They'll seat you somewhere in the first four rows of the center section.

The queue for the dessert party seems to be starting around 7:30pm. They don't let you in until right after 8pm. The entrance is the same as the parade, but the line forms in the opposite direction for the desserts. Best place to stand would be a table where you can see both the sky and the stage.

It it rains and the dessert is in Playhouse Disney, the queue is covered and once inside it's air conditioned. A table anywhere in there is fine. The cm escort guests to the firework viewing area if there will be fireworks.

Thanks SO much for all the information, we are leaving for WDW in 5 days and can hardly wait to enjoy our FROZEN summer!!!

You're welcome. Have a great vacatio

Are the frozen magic bands sold anywhere else or only at hollywood studios?

It's my understanding that the bands will be exclusively sold at Oaken'd thru Sept 1. I had assumed, maybe wrongly, that they'd be sold elsewhere after.

Good idea.

Please post pictures. I'd love to see it.

Here it is!!! Olaf rhinestone shirt design. I'm still going to add to it with maybe some snow flakes and the saying "some people are worth melting for"... But I had to get it done for my day trip with my dad to hollywood studios tomorrow to check out the frozen events for the first time!!!

For those of you who've done the Frozen Premium package, what time did you check into Min & Bill's for procession? I'm hearing 10am from some and more like 10:30 from others. We have the package on 8/25 and a good spot is definitely a priority for my Frozen obsessed DD's, but I don't want to wait in the hot sun more than necessary!

Also, how much time would you suggest spending in Frozen Funland if you are not planning on skating? The TP suggests 45 minutes. Too much or just right? We are planning on doing this right after our TSM FPP at 9:05, but am wondering if we have time to squeeze in another attraction or a character M&G before we check in for parade. TIA.

We checked in at about 9:55 AM and they let us in shortly after 10. I would not wait until 10:30 if you are wanting good spots.

For Frozen Funland I can't see being in there more than 45 minutes without skating...the only activity that takes any real time is that and waiting in line to play in the snow.

Honestly I would probably not try to do anything after TSM and before checking in aside from using the restroom and maybe seeing a character around the hat (that way you can assess the line situation).

It was only last week and I can't remember when we checked in, (senior moment!) but we were in line to check in around 9:40. As for Frozen Funland, there were lines to "build a snowman". We just walked in and out to see and take a few pictures. Unless you are planning to eat a snack or play in the "snow", 45 minutes is way too long! ;-)

Thanks! I kind of thought as much. We'll do TSM and maybe duck into Frozen Funland (without skating) and then get in line for check in right before 10.

Thanks! We will get in line before 10 then.

So excited:cheer2: I finally was able to get reservation for the package for tomorrow! My DS is going to be so excited!

I do have 2 questions-we are not normally rope drop people, however, I have heard that Olaf does a welcome on the screen. What time is that at and is it worth seeing? Also, I am going to have DS skate...this will be a surprise and probably the highlight of his day! How long has the wait time been for this and Oaken's? I was hoping to do this around 1 or 2 o'clock....but not sure if we might be better off to head over there first thing?
