**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

It's a tier 2 option. I couldn't do it from the app unless I cancelled and rebooked my options but did it on my laptop fine. I did it for mid Nov.! My DD will be so excited!

I haven't been keeping up with all the posts lately and was wondering if the sound has been piped in near Echo Lake for the fireworks yet??

Not piped in. But you can hear it well. But they don't turn off the background music.

That is what I did from MDE and it worked great! Able to get 10/9 without a problem for my entire group! Yay-my kids are going to be so excited!

Just got if for October 15th! I had to log in via Safari on my phone, it doesn't show up on the app.

Same here. Booked for four on Oct 18th. Boy... no rest for the weary when it comes to WDW trip planning... ;)

Isn't that the truth. I tried just a few hours ago and called too after the press release and nothing. I would have probably not checked again until tomorrow if it wasn't for folks on this thread who posted that they were starting to see the FPs. Soooo a huge thank you to everyone on this board. Sending warm hugs your way.

Is near 50's PTC still the best "uncrowded" viewing spot for the Frozen fireworks or is Min and Bil's more ideal with the lower September crowds? I am trying to finalize my touring plans before we leave next weekend and had planned on getting a table near Echo Lake but with all the low crowds I am reading about if we can have seats at Min and Bil's and have a great view of fireworks and the stage-that might be a better plan! :)

For those who have been recently, is a FP for the song along a good choice? I currently have FP for TOT, TSMM, and Star Tours. Wondering if the sing along is worth trading one of these FP for? Is it known if they will give return tickets still in October? Thanks!

If you are at dhs early morning, you could always pick up a return ticket. Assuming they continue with them as they've done all along. Just means a longer line abs enter at back of theater. Still garuntees you a seat.

Just got our singalong FP's!! I am so excited about this! Just made my day!
:cool1::woohoo::love::woohoo::cool1:

Thanks to those for sharing that it became available. I appreciate it.

Sorry, I'm super-late to this party! As an oct traveler, i I thought frozen would be gone & haven't read up on it. My niece, who is too short for our Star Tours fastpass would love the sing along. I see FP availability saying arrive between 10-10:15, so that must be a 10:25 show lasting 30 min, right?

If the rest of the group has star tours 9:50-10:50 any chance they could also catch that sing along? I'd be using the FP for niece and her mom so they're guaranteed, but wondered if the rest could have any shot at joining them standby without giving up star tours. Or, I see that they've given away return cards, too - can you choose which show time you get a card for, or just whatever they're passing out at the time? I'm trying to do rope drop Jedi training sign up with my son and wonder how hard it is to get sing-along access.

Thanks!! Ditto MickeyMinnieMom on the "no rest for Disney planners"

The show is now 30 minutes long. Was 20 minutes when it first started.

Sounds like that show should start at 10:25.

:)

These days I tend to find things out first from Disney directly on Twitter or FB, but getting the low-down from DISers helps a lot with all this last minute stuff! Thanks to those on this thread!! :)

I thought they were doing away with the tickets? I haven't seen that confirmed anywhere though, I think I read it somewhere (thought it was here lol).

Is there any chance they extend the Fireworks? That's really the only part I care about. Please tell me they are getting rid of the opening show.

Unlikely on the fireworks. Probably not on the opening show either, but I'm just guessing. That said, I don't understand the vitriol leveled at this show--it's not that bad.

Wasn't the opening show causing all kinds of rope drop craziness at HS because of holding people there vs the more staggered park entry? I'm hoping not to run into that sort of issue in Oct...

I didn't think it was that bad. I guess people really can't wait to get to TSM, and even Olaf becomes evil if he stands in their way.

LOL!! Ok... if it wasn't that bad I won't dread the potential extension of the opening show. Thx. :)

Let me qualify my earlier response. After the show, I zagged somewhere else when everyone else zigged towards TSM. So I did not see what it was like between the show and TSM. I always thought the stories of yore (and more recently) were overblown hyperbole. I've done it a couple of times over the years, and it's not quite Pamplona.
