*****Official February 2015 Thread! Come check in and chat!*****

Star tours is 25 min during MM right now. Buzz is 15. It was 20 on Sunday afternoon for reference. The security line was back past the Disney store for early entry

I think pan and Matterhorn being closed is really impacting MM crowds. Teacups, Casey Jr, small world, a utopia don't run in MM but I think opening them would help alleviate it some.

Oh man.... We specifically chose this time of year since it's supposed to be less busy but it doesn't sound like it is. I am curious what people experience next Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday...

I think Disney is expecting it to be busy next week based on the park hours! Right now the parks are closing at 8, but next week DL is open until 11 during the week! It's also President's Day and I know a lot of schools in CA have the week off. Around here it's called Ski Week. We are taking a road trip down the coast and spending one day at DL next week and I am anticipating it will be very busy. I do think all the closures are making it seem more busy, I mean the whole Critter Country is blocked off as well as other stuff!

There never seems to be a slow time anymore!

We are at the grand and leaving tomorrow, and have a ton of bottled water if anyone can use it. Pm me or reply here and we can meet up. It's a full case plus.

Home Sweet Home after our trip. It was so magical. I hardly missed the castle at all. I did miss Splash in the afternoon on Sunday because we could have really used it to cool off. Otherwise we managed to do a lot even though it felt pretty crowded at DL that day. We spent yesterday at CA Adventure and it was busy but manageable. :)

It was much less crowded Tuesday as compared to the weekend and Mon!

Let the 2 week countdown begin!! pixiedust: Love hearing all the updates in the parks! Just a wee bit closer and hoping to see my 1st weather forecast for trip. Looks like weather has been amazing for those so far.

Yesterday was definitely less crowded than Monday but still busy. For those of us who use metric, it is going to be 30-32 over the next 2 days!

So far the trip has been good although the one big letdown is the wifi at the Grand, it is terrible!

Yay. We're leaving next week ,I can't wait mostly because we are In over our heads in snow and can't wait to get away from it. I'm hoping due to weather we might be able to leave earlier so we don't run the risk of getting stuck but the snow will just not stop. Ah! Lol. Yay honeymoon trip!!

Love reading all of these updates!!! So glad you all had/are having a great time :D Your posts are an awesome read for those of us waiting to go soon. Keep 'em coming!

In exactly 1 week our vacation starts when we leave for the hotel by the airport, then the next day we fly out. I am so excited I can't hardly stand it! Only 2 more work days, counting today!!

I felt like Magic Morning was crazy yesterday. We left at lunch, but never rode jungle cruise as the line was too long yesterday, but Indy was the same length, which seemed good- so maybe it was a younger crowd yesterday.

I am crossing my fingers, toes and eyes that the crowds die down a bit. When I went with my then 4yo son 2 years ago over president's day weekend it was so nice... crowds were fine, walked on to so many rides, etc. We got lucky, I don't expect that again, lol! But it would be nice not to share the park with a million other people - especially since I am bringing my grumpy grinch DH and this is his first ever time to Disney :D

We will be there Monday - Thursday will update when I can!

I'm wondering if MM is even worth it? My kids would be interested in everything that is closed with the exception of Buzz.

I have read and expereinced that the later MM (when the park opens at 10, so MM is at 9) are a lot more crowded and that was the schedule yesterday. It makes sense I think. It is a lot tougher for people to make a 7AM MM than a 9AM one. So, if they are early, I don't think it would be so crowded. My kids aren't interested in Space or Star Tours, but those are open. Star Tours had about a 25 minutes posted wait at 9:40ish when we were in line for Buzz. We got in line for Autopia right before 10:00 when it opened and the wait was 20 minutes. They were not offering FP for it yesterday morning, but I can't say if they were over the weekend.

What rides are open during magic morning???

I thought I read someone saying not all of fantacyland is open.

Officially, fantasyland and tommorrowland, but yesterday it was:
Snow White
Toad
Pinocchio
Dumbo
Carrousel

Nemo
Space Mt
Star Tours
Buzz
Astro orbiter
