*****Official February 2015 Thread! Come check in and chat!*****

I am in my room at the Grand Cal! We had a great day, drove from Phoenix, got in the parks around 2. Our first goal was Anna and Elsa and we secured fast passes for 5:00. We also got fast passes for the sing along 5:30 show. We covered Bugs Land and saw the Disney Jr. show while we waited. We snacked at the Cozy Cones and I had the apple freeze for the first time.... YUM!!! The park is more crowded than I was expecting... But it is Sat and we usually get here at rope drop. Anna and Elsa were wonderful. My daughter was in heaven. She sang along at the sing along which was adorable. My son tolerated all the Frozen stuff and enjoyed the rides we did. Tomorrow is Disneyland!!

Yay! We leave tomorrow so we might cross paths Monday!

Just over two hours until we leave for the airport! All packed and now just killing time so I don't go crazy waiting!

Yay! Have so much fun!! We leave in like 36 hours til we get to go wait at the airport! I keep re-organizing my bags to stay busy! Do you have a plan for your first few hours? I thought we'd start in California Adventure to secure Racers fast passes, but if they're lasting til early afternoon on typical Tuesday's, we might have to make Main Street USA our first view! Anyone know how long the Radiator Springs Racers fast passes are lasting?

We leave in 3 days! We live in WA State and have had more rain than usual this past week. We are looking forward to family time and the warm weather!

One daughter ended up at an Urgent Care Clinic because of a fall during a basketball game on Saturday. X-rays were done and no broken bones...yay! Today my other daughter is quite congested. I am hoping that everyone gets some rest and feels better soon!

Oh no, glad she was not hurt! My son woke up this morning all stuffed up, I hope he shakes this quickly but until he does we will be even more vigilant about hand washing!

The park was busy today... Or felt busy to me at least. Highlight of the day-my son dressed up like Peter Pan and we ran into the real Peter who took both my kids on a treasure hunt for like 7 minutes. It was priceless.

At DMV waiting on my son to take his road test, then picking up daughter from school before my parents come up to watch them, then off to airport for first ever plane ride

One week from today we will be in the parks!!!! At work listening to Disney Princess Radio!!! Need to pack, get to the store and buy our tickets…yay!

We just arrived home from our trip. I can't believe it is over already. Great trip. The crowd level difference between Thursday/Friday last week and Saturday was astonishing to me. I found it too busy on Saturday. Next trip will be weekdays only.

Hey now, I say equal rights. There should be a Disney Pirates radio too. Arghh....me hearties!

Okay, so who's still counting down to their trip? :D 9 days left for us (8 until we go to the hotel by the airport)!

I am seeing a lot of reports about crowds being higher than expected. I wonder why this is? Any thoughts on this?

As of this morning, it is now down to 17 days and I am getting all nervous and excited. DD asks me each day how many days are left. :)

Woohoo! 17 days! For me it seems like the closer we get the more the days just draggg on. My little one, DS6, asks me too... it's so fun when they are so excited!!

The two I've seen in here have both been referring to a weekend, which are busy with AP holders this time of year. At least one of those reports was from someone who'd never been before, so I'm not sure I'd consider their expectations to be grounded in much reality.

11 days till my vacation starts!!!!!!!!!!!! The days are dragging.... We have quite a large pile of things ready to be packed. My kids got new shoes about a week ago so they can break them in before our trip and my honey and I got some over the weekend. I chose a pair of Skechers GOWalk shoes and they feel like I am walking on clouds! They are light weight and have moisture wicking material. Hopefully they work out well in the parks. I also ordered two new car charging adapters and a portable charger since I can't locate mine at the moment.

Last week I almost broke down and booked the FP meal for Fantasmic but couldn't justify spending over $200.00 especially since my kids weren't overly impressed by WOC on our last trip. We ended up watching the entire Fantasmic show on YouTube Friday night and while it was really cool I am glad I didn't spend the money for the FP's and meal.
