Thanks for adding us! And thanks for posting the info from the blog! I’m so excited to see the Holiday decorations. We spent the week between Christmas & NYD at WDW back in 2015 and it was BEAUTIFUL. Can’t wait to see what DLR & DCA look like all dressed up!

We’re going in December. We’ll be there Nov
28-Dec 3rd. We have a 4 day PH and staying at the Fairfield . Taking my son for his first trip For his birthday. It’s also a birthday trip for me. I’ve always wanted to go for Christmas so we’re finally doing it.

I don't think he will be in the normal sense where you can sit on his lap for pics. But this is from the Disney Parks Blog announcement yesterday. I took that to mean he'll probably have some dedicated areas where you can do distanced selfies just like with all the other characters right now.

Entertainment making a comeback this year at the park includes “A Christmas Fantasy” parade where beloved Disney characters join Santa Claus for a merry musical celebration down Main Street, U.S.A. You may also see Santa making other stops within the parks throughout your visit.

So, my meeting in Orlando for early December just went virtual....We have a back up to go to DLR and use 3 day park hoppers to convert to MKs (1 Dream for the added discounts and 2 Believe) as the days are blocked out on the Believe Key. We would upgrade to the passes after entering on the 22nd.

Tropicana (unless DLR hotels have a discount offer...highly unlikely)

Our DVC home is the Grand so we already have plans for January (Trop or Disney), Feb (VGC) and April (VGC). Getting the MKs in December is not too far off plan.

I thought I would pop in and say hello. I'm sure the early December folks are getting ready to make dining reservations soon. We recently returned from a Halloween short trip and really enjoyed Blue Bayou and Lamplight. Cafe Orleans, usually our favorite must do was a miss. Cold food. Blue Bayou was a highlight. Water side table and fantastic service. Can't wait to hear more about the holiday goodness.

Counter service mobile order is the way to go. It is important to have a plan each day. We were able to get the special foods and snacks by using queue time to make an advanced order.

We are going to the November 30 party! And yes, getting plans figured out for dining reservations. Really all I care about is Lamplight Lounge and hopefully Blue Bayou.

Thanks! Have you had any success applying the discount to your Costco trip yet? I’ve been on hold for almost an hour. Usually the Costco number is faster, so hopefully they answer soon!
