Thanks for your help, Lurkyloo! GRRRR...I cannot get a human being on the phone. I have called the direct line (in addition to the general cake hotline) to the Y&BC Bakery and each time, I get a voice mail message. I have left all the specifics (party size, restaurant name/ressie time/date, Gluten-free, etc.) and nobody will call me back. I keep getting those insipid response emails stating that I can get a podium cake at the restaurant...
I have actually changed our reservation to our resort hotel (Turf Club restaurant) just so that I can deal with a different bakery.







(totally not your fault!). The Y&BC bakery no longer services DTD restaurants and the lady that sends me emails insists that I can't get a fancy fondant cake at Epcot (or at least @ Les Chefs de France).
Have you spoken to Yvette at Y&BC private dining? She's the one who seems to know the most about custom cakes there...
