Official DIS Hidden Mickey FAQ Thread - With Pictures!!!

The Newspaper is on the Streets of San Francisco at MGM. I blew it up to see if I could figure out the other pictures, but I'm not sure who they are?!?

OK. I knew I remembered seeing this on my last trip...but I couldn't remember where.

Thanks!

I posted this photo on the Disney Photo of the Day thread, and tinkerbell87512 pointed out the Mickey just to the left of Woody at belt height.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before since I haven't read the entire thread, but I thought I'd post it anyway.

Ok, I'm getting hooked! I knew about HM's but never really looked for them. But this thread is so fun!

ya these are soooooooo cool i mean i have always looked for them in my state with my aunt ( who is also on the disboards) like one time i found one in a parking lot ! it was made from what i think was oil from a car! my aunts heading to disney soon so i will be sure to tell her to keep her eyes open for them!

It is the only gold colored object in the picture. Right in the middle of the non-blurry spot. Boat wheel is on left side of gold badge, Mickey on right.

wow...can't imagine how somebody couldn't see THAT one:lmao:
:guilty:

Here's my little man Cayden with a Hidden Mickey behind his head!

Glad you figured out how to post Pics DISBeth - I look forward to more Hidden Mickey Pictures from you now! Where is this one to be found?!?

This Hidden Mickey is located at the POP food court- its in the center of one of the large white light fixtures. If I remember correctly, its in the middle of the food court where you check out.

I was wondering if anyone had a list, of some of the not so hidden or hard to find mickeys at the MK! I am going in 7 days with my 4 and 3 year old girls, and I think it would be fun to show them some of these. But I am blind as a bat when it comes to finding things that are hidden.

Thanks so much for any help anyone can give me!

Also we are going to be staying at the All-Stars Movie resort, if anyone knows of anything neat there that they would like to see, please let me know.

One more thing, how do you add the tickers and pictures to your sig.?

Check out Steven Barrett's book "Hidden Mickeys: A Field Guide to Walt Disney World's Best Kept Secrets." Also, he has a website http://www.hiddenmickeysguide.com/.

The website and book are both organized by park. The book does not have pictures, but the website does.

You will see some of the exact pictures from this thread on the site. I think I can pick out a couple regular posters on this thread who have also sent pictures in to Steven Barrett's site.

Did you find that one spontaneously or did you read about it somewhere? That has to be worth about 6 points in the Steven Barrett book, and the max is usually five. Also does anyone know how they could make it grow like that or is it accident?

it is from the "living with the land" ride at EPCOT and the CM pointed it out to us.... we went on the ride a second time so we could get a good picture of it, as the first time we were almost past it before we spotted it:thumbsup2
