Carrieberry,
I really like the theory you came up with! I second Haute's motion that you write for Housewives!

I love this show!!! :cool1: Was so glad to see a new episode and am glad to hear we are going to have 6 or 7 more before the end of the season. :cheer2:

oh i am SO glad they are taking andrew away. i can't stand him. i cheered for rex when he shoved him against the wall....what a brat.

Oh my!! Tonight's episode was really great!!
1) I would have taken my Pampered Chef flat spoon across Bree's son's hindparts when he spit in her face and kicked her too. Send him off...but don't drop the soap, young man!! You might get what you deserve!
2) I am glad Edie is doing more on the show, but tonight was silly. :confused3 Jr High, ladies!!
3) I miss Mike! Open the letter, already!! :guilty:
4) That funeral for dear old mom!... :rotfl: Gabrielle yelling and storming off- like, really!! How much is she going to get for her death???
5) I liked the story line with the deaf mother. What a poo-poo of a husband! :sad2: I think she is either in denial or needs her husband for something. I love the signing part and the daughter translating it all. :rotfl2:

7 more days and we can see what happens next!! :rolleyes1

Can someone please give a rundown of what happened tonight. I was late turning it on and then didn't get to pay attention because too much was going on here getting the kids ready for bed, ex-h calling After their bedtime, etc. :(
Thanks!

Sounded like $1,600,000 - from the phone conversation with the attorney

Wow!! :earseek: Big pay off, especially when the hospital is trying NOT to be sued for neglegence! Too funny! I guess she will not be doing any mattress modeling any time in the near future.. :rotfl: If DH goes to jail for a while..she will be doing mattress dancing instead!! :Pinkbounc

Looks like Gabrielle gets busted next week, though, before he goes off to jail. I wonder why she was asking about 'winning the lottery?' Was she going to wait and make a deal with the hospital AFTER he goes to jail, or was she thinking about turing down the hospital and then trying to sue for more AFTER he goes to jail?

I am also so glad that Bree sent her son packing. What a jerk of a kid! Sounds like next week he tries to get some sympathy by playing the gay card with his parents, though.

Awesome show!!!! I loved the funeral!!! Too funny! What a hoot when everyone started following Gabrielle and Carlos as she stomped off until Bree took control of things! :rotfl:

I am glad to see Andrew getting shipped off too! I'd have smacked that boy into next week for spitting on me!!! Looks like we now know how Gabrielle gets to stay in her house! :cool1: 1.6 million smackeroos for not suing the hospital! :rotfl2:

The scene with the little girl translating for her deaf mom while she was fighting with Lynette was funny too! Can't wait till next week! So glad we are out of reruns for a while! :cheer2:

I think 'winning the lottery' refers to the money from the hospital...I think she is going to wait and go for the money after Carlos is out of jail because then the feds can't take it. Did anyone else get the impression that Gabrielle does not know why they are being offered the money? When she went to the hospital and talked to the nurse and asked whether or not anyone was with momma when she died it was because she wanted to make sure momma didn't say anything about her affair. You can see the lawyer trying to coach the nurse from a nearby room. Then when she goes into see the lawyer I was unclear as to whether or not she knew exactly why they were getting the money...I remember her saying that they were still unclear how momma died, but that is all I remember.

I'm glad Bree's son Andrew is going away. Thank goodness Rex stepped in for once when Andrew was trying to trip Bree.

Ratpack I miss Mike as well...I wish Susan would have opened the letter instead of returning it! I'm intrerested to see more of this whole storyline unfold.

I think I liked Edie better when she was on the "outs" with the other ladies vs. being friends with them.

It didn't seem to me that she knew or cared why. They showed a SETTLEMENT paperwork. It seemed she knew there was some negligence on the hospital's part.

It looks like next week Andrew comes out.

I wish they hadn't dropped the situation about Dierdre/Angela/Martha's sister scene, that looks good.

I thought last night was just so-so. I really love this show and don't want to get bored with it. It seems a bit forced to be showing Edie as one of the girls now. I wish her character would fade away until they come up with a more interesting storyline for her.

Also, I know it's just a show - really, I do ;) - but Gabrielle was really a bad character on last night's episode. She came off so cold and you-know-what. It was making me want Carlos to leave her. She wasn't very likeable; I can't figure out what changed because I liked her before even when she was doing all of those bad things.

Oh, and the guy who played Susan's date wasn't a very good actor.

Okay, I'm done complaining now. :p

OMG! I almost died when Mama Solise was talking to the nurse telling her about Gabrielle's affair......and then the nurse took the headphones off! I had no clue that was coming.
As for Andrew, I also cheered when Rex threw him against the wall, and you could tell it impressed Bree too. I wonder when it's going to come out that he's the one driving that hit Mama Solise?

am I the only one that couldnt help but :rotfl: when Mama Solis went down the stairs? Or at the funeral when they widened out the shot and she was in the horse drawn carriage? :rotfl2:
It felt so wrong, laughing at death, but what a way to go.

I was totally amazed that a person who was unconscious and hasn't used her muscles in 5 months could get around so well. In addition, she didn't have a hair out of place!

OMG! I missed the fact that the nurse had headphones on. :rotfl: I thought when Gabby took the call that the nurse was on the line and spilled that she knew about the affair.
