Edie sure hot some air-time last time. I couldn't stand Nicollett Sheridan when the show first came on, but I think they toned her down a bit and gave her more dialog. She was actually funny. Especially when she took Susan to a bar and Susan started telling Edie everything that was going on.

I totally agree, I couldn't stand her either. But last night she was so funny!!! I hope they give her more good stuff to do.

I guess the MIL waking up blows away my theory that she leaves Gabby and her dh some money to stay in the neighborhood, but it looked like they were at a funeral next week. Do you think she just woke up for a second and then died?

it is mama solice that dies....we already "know" that but, her all her money and assets will be left to carlos--hence, them getting out of their money problems and being able to continue to live there. i guess it's possible to "wake up" or "recover" for a few minutes before you pass...in the previews they show Gabs getting a phone call about "mama"..........should be good. i don't think i've ever watched a show with 2 funerals in such a short amount of time....

no, he knew Felicia knew his wife from before. when she brought over the flowers that were delivered to her (instead of paul's house), she saw MA's picture on the refrigerator. she said, "oh, that's Angela". and Paul said, "No, that's my deceased wife..MA"... well, Paul shuffled over so his body blocked the picture and she kept insisting it was Angela (while trying to see around Paul) and Paul kept telling her she was mistaken.... leads me to believe Paul DOES know about the "Angela" thing....

I think that they wanted us to see the guy. He looked suspicious to me. I kept wondering if it was the guy or Felicia, but it did seem more to me like they guy was the one he was shocked to see. I think he already know Felicia would be there. Who looked at the picture from nursing school with Felicia and Angela? was that Felicia?

Maisey is the neighbor who got arrested. I'm liking seeing Edy on more. I have always liked Nicolette Sheridan and was diappointed she was hardly ever on.

Maisy is the mom that was really mean to Lynette about the school play. She's also the woman that Rex (along with many other neighborhood men) were paying to sleep with. Although, I have a feeling that Rex didn't actually sleep with her. anyway, Maisy got arrested on the show last night for prostitution.

I've always rooted for Edie too. I like her.

Sorry I just have to chime in and just shout HOORAY that we finally got some new episodes of Desperate Housewives!
The reruns were getting so bad I almost started to think it was summertime.
And I agree about Edie, I hated her but enjoyed her alot more last night.

I can't remember if I've posted this or not, but the gal who plays MA's voice (Brenda?) was on the View some time back. She said we are going to see more of her in flashbacks and her son's dreams.... AND DH has a contract for like 7 seasons! Hooray!!! I always wondered when Edie was getting her due time. I when she and Susan were sitting at the bar and Susan was filling her in on everything and Edie said "What kind of street do we live on?"...or something to that effect....

Apparantly he'd been seeing her for a while though. That's all t hey showed that happened, but they insinuate that more happened. What I wonder though is if he didn't sleep with her, why dosen't he tell Bree that? Bree always says stuff about him cheating, why doesn't he say "I didn't sleep with her, I just let her beat me with a whip", But I think they want us to think that they did sleep together and later it will come out how he loved Bree so much, he never did I guess time will tell.

Actually, on one of the episodes Rex admitted that he was into S&M, which Maisy so graciously provided for him!

That's when Bree then took the hand cuffs and decided to go along with Rex's ummm..... "wishes"!!


I have always liked Nicolette Sheridan. She was great years ago on Knott's Landing.

I think Rex just said that he likes to be beaten. I just don't think they actually slept together. I think he just let her beat him but I guess for now they want us to think that they did, so we'll just wait and see. I could be wrong.

Man Bree is such a witch. I can't believe what the way she acted when Rex wanted to leave. I would've left. She can be so spineless. I think the first nice thing she's ever done was to give Gabrielle the money. But knowing her, she probably had an alterior motive. Maybe she's paying her to still be her friend, since everyoen else is ignoring her. Or maybe she wants to have something to hold over her head in case she ever finds out that Andrew is the one who hit Mrs. Solice. Maybe they just want to show a nice side of her so everyone doesn't hate her.

Gabrielle's sewer broke...she stole a Port-a potty & was washing clothes in her outside hottub.
Edie used the key to MaryEllen's house to sneak in with Susan (after they went drinking together in a bar) and found the tape(it shows Mary ellen had a previous life with another name as a nurse & also showed Mrs, Huber's sister -who was a nurse too)-but dropped it when the husband came home . Edie put the "moves on the Murdering Husband(sorry can't remember his name-the creep!) so Susan could crawl out of house.Murdering husband knows Mrs Huber's sister is "on to" his wife's previous identity.

The whole town knows what names are in Maisy's little black book , so everyone was snickering at Rex and Bree at a restaurant. Bree cancelled her country Club membership & instead gave those $$ to Gabrielle to fix her sewer. It also came out that Maisy was "turning tricks" because they needed $$ as her DH had lost his job.Maisy was arrested in scene one and still in jail.

The pharmascist that Bree dated is apparently "messing" with rex's prescription -Rex is supposed to go to Doctor because he feels so bad.

There also was a huge story line of the twins having lice and the mother of the boy who actually started the epidemic told the whole school the twins started it , making them outcasts-it was cute.
