She was justed on Regis and Kelly and said she just found out they will not write it in.

That is going to be hard to cover, especially with twins!

I agree! I don't know how many episodes they've already taped so far but her 'you know whats' are already huge!! They even discussed it after Kelly mentioned how big they are!

She was in the movie "Independence Day"; she was the stripper friend of Vivica Fox's character and she went to the top of that building in Los Angeles to "welcome the aliens" before they blew it up.

Thank you. I was going to check IMDB, but you saved me the trouble. I knew she looked familiar too.

The new season introduces us to "Lakeview Drive" and a couple of new faces as well.
Seems Orson (the Dentist that Bree met last season, is a resident of this street) anyway, Orson is married to Alma and they live on Lakeview Drive. Alma is the meticulous wife that obediently does as Orson has taught her, icluding stacking the grocery items all in alphebetical order, folding the towels a certain way, and in between all her chores, she talks to her parrot "Baby"

When Orson leaves for work, Alma decides she is going to leave her husband. So she packs her bags and grabs the bird cage and heads to the door.
Oooopsie! Not so fast! Seems Alma trips, drops the bird cage and the parrot escapes to the ceiling area. Just then Orson returns to the house and sees his wife attempting to "fly the coop". This is all we will see of Alma tonight.
The next day a nosy neighbor drops in and observes Orson, a mop and a talkative birdie singing a dark tune. :confused3 :confused3 :confused3

The neighbor listens to the bird say "Orson No" a couple of times before he shows her the door. He then proceeds to take an empty bird cage to the trash. Bye Bye Birdie, bye bye. :guilty:

Next we see the words 6 months ago on the screen.
It is raining on Wisteria Lane. They now remind us of the relationship Bree is in with Orson-that day was to be the first date with Orson. We see the two of them kissing on the rain.

I'm a little confused. I watched the episode and now after reading this, are we to assume that while Orson was seeing Bree, he was also living with his wife and then does away with her? That didn't occur to me last night while I was watching it. :confused3

I took what the bird said as "Orsen know." The neighbor asked where is Alma and Orsen says he does not know and then the parrot says "Orsen know."
You way would be the parrot repeating what Alma said. So maybe I got it wrong last night.

I took it as Orsen "no", as in don't hit me, shoot me, kill me....??

And what is up with this love child thing? Wasn't Tom with this girl before Lynette or am I not remembering correctly? And if it were me, I would put my foot down and the daughter could come to parties, gaterings and such but there is NO need to include the mother. That is just ridiculous and the fact that Lynette is kind of letting it slide is really somewhat out of character for her.

no, right before they show Orson and Alma, Mary Alice says the year in which this took place...it might have been 2005??

I loved watching Laurie Metcalf on the show last night. she is so funny!

Wish she had a long term role.

herc.

So... do you think the line "I don't do that. I'm a Republican." would work for other things????? :lmao:

I think Mary Alice said a year ago which would make it 2005 - then 6 months ago after he ran over Mike and saw Bree at the asylum. Supposedly, it was his mother at the asylum but it could have been Alma what a twist that would be!

I heard that Laurie Metcalf and the guy who was her boyfriend "Fisher" on "Roseanne" are going to have recurring roles so we will see more of her. I really like her!

Is the wife the woman he was visiting in the insane asylum?

Oh, I forgot that!! That's right. He was visiting someone at the insane asylum but then who was the dead body in the dirt at the end of last night's episode?? I thought that was his wife. :confused3
