Oh my, I just can't wait. First Christmas (and we can say the word Christmas) in WDW! I want to cry in anticipation!

The Osborne lights are my favorite! I just missed them by a day in November 2008 and I was so bummed! Thsi year, I'll be all over it! Can't wait!!!

Well, good thing is you can see the party events all that week at MK, they show the parade twice daily, as well as the Holiday Wishes fireworks each evening and I believe they do some of the stage shows as well.

The Christmas Parade at AK is really not to be missed for us. Check out Osborne Lights at DHS and of course Christmas Around the World at Epcot, along with the Candlelight Processional. Oh and you must do some Christmas Shopping at DTD :thumbsup2

OOOoh! Good to know they show the parade twice daily! When are the times typically?? I already told DH I want to view all parades. I can't remember the last trip we took where we purposely sat and watched a parade (outside of Spectro and MNSSHP parades).

Now I need to figure out where to spend the 1st half of our trip...hubby wants Poly but POFQ is cheaper and a quick boatride to DTD for that easy-access shopping ;) ...decisions decisions... :santa:

Just been checking out Disney Florist website.. they have some options for the Holidays!!

Disney Florist

I'm considering getting this one as a surprise for DF..

I'm intrigued by "Dreaming of a Disney Christmas" package.. but guessing it's going to cost a lot ;)

I was checking out Disney florist too, but I think I might just mail a box of decorations to the resort instead...

Are we the only ones?? I hope so, maybe the parks will be less crowded! LOL

Trust me at Christmas time it is crowded. Not sure your date, I always go Christmas week and you are shoulder to shoulder with everyone on Christmas day but its oh so much fun. You are going to love Disney at Christmastime. have a FUNtastic time :santa:

When we went in 2008 we bought a really cute tree at Pops gift shop. I think I paid about $20 for it. Its maybe 18-24 in tall. Thats about all I need. I bought a cute Mickey santa hat fabric ornament for home but since we go yearly now for Christmas and no longer need a tree at home I use that as the topper of our Disney tree.

Has anyone ever worked with the Disney Florist before? I know when DH and I went in March DH ordered us a basket but he just did a stock order. I am wanting to maybe get my kids something delivered.

I like the idea of the Mickey ear hats and the Christmas goodies but I don't need the autograph books and the pens. I think the light up lanyard would be more their speed. Plus I would rather have Christmas ears since they already have the plain ones. Are they willing to customize or do you think I should call one of the other people who put together baskets.
