**Official December 2010 Thread!!** - PART 2!

major packing weekend! Of course, I am excited about packing (I'm a goober) and woke up at 4:30. Luckily, I was fast asleep at 9:00 last night.

Excited but irritated that the only thing I can do at 4:30 to prepare is put the clothes in the dryer and log on to the boards. Anything else would wake the kids. Not that I don't love the boards, but I'm ready to start packing!

I could probably go get a load from my closet without waking my husband. He's a pretty sound sleeper.

Going to go ahead and put stuff in the van that we won't need this week: mini fridge, stroller, blow up beds, etc.

We decided to leave two days early and surprise my son. We are going to all go pick him up Friday from school and leave straight from there. I though we'd all wear our Mickey ears to see if he can figure it out.

Arenita, I'm with you. We're going to pack coats and hats and gloves and it will be 70 degrees out. Oh well! Last year we packed short sleeves and jeans and it was 22 degrees!

Ugh I've been sick for these first 3 days so I'm taking it easy. Right now were on our way to tusker house to have breakfast with Donald ;)

For those that are there, is the fog really bad?? I was looking at the webcams and Contemporary and you can't even see the resort its so thick! I hope you guys are having so much fun!!

WAHHHH why do I feel like soon I will be talking to myself on this post?? I hope everyone that is leaving very soon has safe travels and everyone that is there has an amazing time. In one week we will be there!!

This weekend is insane I have the kids football banquet tongiht and then a get togther with friends of ours to give their boys their presents. Then tomorrow I have my neice's 1st bday party in the am and then Christmas with the family after. Monday I have my kids band concert. I also have to do a project with my dd and get all my baking done this weekend. Oh the fun!!!

But then I will have 3 days to get packed, get my house clean, and the animals where they need to be. Oh and my shirts should be here!! So I am happy!

To those of you having trouble with on-line check-in - do not type in the letters pertaining to your resort in the space for your confirmation number. Just type in the alphanumeric code following the space in your confirmation number. For instance my confirmation number is AKL 1*******. When I put the entire thing in I also got the message to try again later. But when I put in just 1******* and then selected Animal Kingdom Lodge as our resort it worked just fine.

Ugh, sorry. It stinks that you are sick.

You aren't alone. I'm still here. Until tomorrow.:woohoo: I'll be checking back when I have time, though :santa:

I didn't even try online check in. I like surprises LOL

The numbers are starting to dwindle as more people start their trips! We have a few more days, thank goodness, since we are not packed yet. I will hopefully be 99%packed tonight, but DS will be wearing a lot of his clothes up until we leave, so I will have to pack his stuff last minute.

I will also be live tweeting, @stephielela

Leaving tomorrow. Packed a little bit of everything, including multiple fleeces. Luckily, fleece is thin, but warm - much less bulky than sweatshirts! I also bought hand warmers :rotfl: which I hope we won't need! Getting excited!

I leave tomorrow too, and this is definitely the weirdest combo of clothes I've ever packed! A little bit of everything. Have a great time!

99% packed and leaving for the airport in 15 hours. :cheer2:

Sorry, but I will not be doing any kind of live reporting. DH is the one with the smart phone.

So my 12:30pm flight out of NYC tomorrow was cancelled due to weather. Luckily I was able to rebook on a 6 am flight, which should be before the bad weather really hits. Check your flights if you are flying tomorrow afternoon out of the NE!

Our flight leaves in 10 hrs!!!:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo: Everything is packed except those few last minute things. Hoping the weather holds out until after we leave!!!

Still here too! Accuweather has us in the 40-60 degree range, so I'm packing the hats & gloves. I would prefer to leave the coats at home and just take jackets but DH will probably insist on the coats which I will end up carrying around all day. :headache:

Have a great trip everone and pack layers for the mornings and nights. We were glad to be dressed for the weather last year during the freeze.:wizard: We will be packing hats, gloves, fleece and bringing our winter coats for any temps in the 40's or below. Also bring something to sit on for the shows and parades because the ground and metal seats will be chilly.:santa:

Well, my flight status is still 'on time', so I guess we leave for the airport in 20 minutes :dance3::dance3: "See" you all when I get back :)
