I've got to get by Home Depot for my LGMHs. I'm not very crafty. Where can I get something to laminate them? (I think I'm going to add little Santa hats! )

I just did mine yesterday! I went to Walmart and in the office section I found 2 sizes of laminating sheets that don't need heat--you just put your LGMH on one side, peel back the paper on the other side and stick it down. Easy! Cute idea to add Santa hats! I should have done that.

Ok I am going nuts now. I've been so good about not playing with my ADRs now today I read 2 really bad reviews for LaHacienda. Now normally I would take the reviews with a grain of salt but bad Mexican food is about the worst. I had it booked to watch Illuminations and the only other restaurant you can do that at is Rose and Crown and they are booked for the time we would want and we already have them for lunch one day.

UGHHHH So now I have to move some stuff around.

Same here! I'm freaking out! I have it booked for our first night for Illuminations. I guess I'm just going to take a chance with it. The good thing for us is that we have an extra CS meal that we won't be using since we are going to Universal one day; so, if it is terrible, we can just have a CS meal after dinner.

To clear up the issue on different tags, I made DH climb up in the attic to retrieve a suitcase.

The tags we got in Sept '09 are hard plastic with the castle in the clouds and Tinks dust trail that say "Where dreams come true" on them.

The new ones that I received today are flexible plastic with "What will you celebrate?" and a layered hologram effect. Castle in the back and balloons floating on various levels to give depth. Very cool.

This is my most stressful workweek before our vacation, and the thought of WDW is the only thing getting me through it. Today is more than 1/2 done, so I only have 9 more workdays left! This weekend we'll start getting serious about packing. Also, I think we're going to put our (fake) Xmas tree up early because we want to take our holiday card picture in front of it, and I can't imagine the stress if I wait until the last minute to do that, too.

I know there are several threads on room decorating, but I'm not sure if we're going to attempt it. We'll have a balcony at the YC, so I'm thinking of just doing some lights or garland there, and maybe a little decor on our door.

Also, we've received our ME info. and tags, but we're supposed to get more Mickey mail before we leave, right?

Did you get your vouchers and luggage tags? We're going a week after you and ours came this weekend. If you haven't gotten them yet you may want to call.

We're heading down on December 16th. Productivity at work has ground to a halt as all thought and discussion focuses on Disney. The kids are going bananas, digging out their old autograph books and watching trip videos.
Is there anything better than the anticipation that precedes a trip to the World? Someone stop me before I get a Mickey tattoo.

We changed our reservation a bit... We canceled out night at the Contemporary and added the 16th at CBR, so we are at CBR Dec 16th-22nd. We also added Kona Cafe at 7:55 am 12/21.

I had already gotten our Magical Express tags a couple weeks ago, so I had to call them and now they have to send new ones. We had not gotten our luggage tags etc yet. I got the "Where Dreams Come True" tags for our September trip, so I hope we get the other ones this time!!

A kindergarten teacher trick for laminating small things is to just use packing tape. Just cover it with tape on both sides, and cut it out when you're ready. It's always worked for me and lasted through my lessons. If it can withstand 30 5 year olds, it can withstand anything
