I loved seeing tony and derek working together. It's not one you really see in pairs.

Derek has a back boo boo.

That was intense and captivating. They should teach a master class to Lea and Artem.

Carrie Ann: loved--one thing that was lacking was "real connection" with each power. (Phlbbbtttt!)
Lena: thought transitions were seamless. (Darn right!)
Julianne: agrees with Len. Carrie Ann not likey.
Bruno: if Mad max choreographed and Argenrine tango....

10s except for Bruno and Carrie Ann having 9s.

I liked it. Cute routine.

Sadie forgot the last part of the dance.

Len: best trio of the night. (Wants an 11!)
Julianne: Sadie did everything perfect. Adding female was a risk and if was worth it.
Bruno: changes of partner, couldn't tell who was the professional.

Salsa

Val is so nice! Picked him because it is his first season and should have more opportunity.

Trying toss lifts. Hope it is better than what they showed.

That lift towards the end was COOL!
Good dance. But can next week be all Keo all the time?

Julianne: not a lot to salsa content, but doesn't care. (Isn't the point to care?)
Bruno: he likes in his Bruno sort of way.
CarrieAnne: fearless, flawless
Len: liked, fantastic, would have liked more Salsa Content, one lift made him feel uncomfy.

All 10s but Len at 9.

Now--what is the point of an assigned dance if they can score a 10 when they don't actually do enough of said dance? They so want Janel to win.

That was not a Samba but a freestyle - should not have been 10's for that point alone.

I didn't notice she forgot--she said she did. And I think scores must be logged prior to comments, so judges may not have noticed or heard her. It was at the end and likely not something penalty worthy.
