we closed one of our three branches in the city I work in. If one more customer complains about having to drive an extra mile to a different branch, I’ll kill them.

We've went from three registers to one open and they don't enjoy having to wait an extra minute

What is wrong with people and their lack of awareness? I just walked by a McDonalds in my neighborhood that is now closed. If a big, national corporation like that is closing down, what chance do the small mom & pop shops have? Customers need to get a grip and HELP the businesses that are open. Not just expect business as usual.
