Yes, it's never fair that some people get easy dances in the first few weeks, while others are given a hard one right away.

Tom just mentioned that the judges will get to bring someone back from elimination.

Project Runway used to do the same thing. Top Chef does that with a second competition between the eliminated chefs. TWICE (I think,) the chefs from the second competition came back and won the whole Top Chef competition.
