I don't think Cheryl has a crush on Gilles. I think Cheryl is one of the best pros in building chemistry with her stars and choreographing the routines to suit them. That is why she is consistently in the top every season. There certainly doesn't look like much "crushing" going on at their rehearsals....she really works her stars!

Agree with all -- and Mrs. Gilles is sitting there in the front row all the time, too.

I enjoyed last night's show very much. I loved seeing the professionals doing the sampling of the two different styles of dance. I also liked a lot of the dances very much! It's time for Ty to go, and then I think Lil' Kim should go after him. Final 3 should be Shawn, Melissa and Gilles. I go back and forth between Shawn and Melissa as to who I like more. Gilles holds my top spot- I love Cheryl too- she's fantastic! I don't think she 'crushes' on her partners- she just is very good at what she does!

Eh. She's served time for that. Hopefully she's learned her lesson and lead a much better life for it.
I'm not a fan of her music and it's true that she looks fake, but I don't think she's necessarily a bad person. She's actually pretty good when it comes to dancing.

I am TOTALLY devestated. I love Derek and usually I like who he dances with. I was never a big fan of Lil Kim and was upset she was with Derek. I think she was a great dancer. I really don't care that she was in jail. She did her time, she would not snitch on her friends so she went to jail. Oh well she is now trying to get her life back on track and she is a great dancer.

I loved Ty, his personality was great but seriously...he shoud not be going to the semi finals. He is very handsome and cute but he can't dance very well. He has totally shown the best improvment and is great but I was totally shocked.

But its the public, he must have alot of fans. I also agree with a PP that Melissa's dances were overrated and I don't think she is the big huge celebrity even if it is reality, it was odd that she did the show. I understand that Trista did the show a few years back, but she won and had her wedding on national TV so people knew her. Melissa got jilted in a bad way and thats why she got on the show at the last minute.

"Would not snitch on her friends." You make it sound so ... high school. It wasn't about "snitching on her friends". It was about LYING to a Grand Jury. Her "friends" were involved in a GUN BATTLE between two rival rap groups at a radio station and she said she didn't see them there. Even though there was video footage of her and her friends together while they shot up the place. Please don't trivialize what she did. She committed a serious crime. And yes, she served her time and it appears that she has learned her lesson. I guess time will tell.

I do want to say that I don't think that Lil Kim should have gone home tonight. Maybe next week, but NOT before Ty. Ty looked like a deer caught in headlights. He couldn't believe that he was going to be able to stay. I think it was the first time that he *really* thought ... gee ... someone A LOT better than me is going home and I'm still here. Usually when that occurs to the stars they start to ASK to be sent home. I hope that Ty has the honor to do that next week.

I distributed my votes among the other finalists. I think that with Ty's sudden strong following I will have to concentrate me votes with my favorite next week.

I agree! I think he has improved so much, and he is just fun to watch! I just didn't like Lil Kim for some reason, so I was happy to see her go.

I liked Lil Kim. I thought she brought a very exciting and fresh feel to the show. And she REALLY wanted it. I admire that even if her past is a bit sketchy.

Ty and Chelsie looked really uncomfortable. I feel bad for them too because they knew it was their time to go. Poor Ty just cannot keep up with the rest anymore although his improvement has been great.

What was up with Mark? He looked like he just woke up and had a hangover!

Ugh, I was (am) very disappointed that Lil Kim went home last night. Boo! I guess I shouldn't have split my votes between her and Melissa. I like Ty, but he just doesn't have the level of talent or competence to win and I thought Lil Kim had a good chance. Oh well...

i'm disappointed that lil kim went home last night. while ty HAS improved, he hasn't improved to the point that he should be in the semi-finals. his dancing just isn't close to the level of the others, and i think he knows it. sure, he's likeable, but that doesn't mean he should stay in place of a far more proficient contestant.

SHE didn't kill anyone and SHE chose to not snitch on her friends, she did not LIE on the stand she chose to plead the 5th and there were also other charges such as Fraud. Which happens on a daily basis throughout the USA by businesses etc. She just chose to be with the wrong friends on that night in question. Trust me I followed the case when it was going on, because my cousin is a HUGE fan.

However that was a few years ago so do you feel the same about Martha Stewart? Its ridiculous to still bring it up, she is trying to change her life for the better and I think THAT is what is more important than what she did in the past.

However I am still upset they got voted off. I am a HUGE fan of Derek and that is why I voted for them, she is a better dancer than Ty and at this point he should have been voted off. He should not be going into the semi finals.

If he wins this whole thing, I probably would never watch it again. Kind of like when Chris Daughtry got voted off Idol...never watched it again. Although he did get the better end of it

I'm glad she's gone. I'm not saying that Ty is better than Kim, but he has gotten better each week even if only slightly; Kim did not, and neither is Shawn.
