Official Dancing With the Stars (cast revealed)

I thought that the music was chosen for them. I have heard them say more than once that they get their music on Wednesday after the show. They always try to give the musical stars the kind of music they are known for sometime during the competition, so giving Chuck and Julianna country song makes perfect sense.

Last night was painful to watch.

This comp is Shawn, Melissa and Gilles......everyone else was tragic to watch.

SteveO is so stiff. SteveW and the worm. Julianne and her BF are just ok. The Cowboy Ty appeared to be a tad bit better. Holly & Denise.. David, Kim and Lawrence are ok.

Like Bruno said or one of the judges..."this is week 3, we expect you to be better".............

Bruno is absolutely SO ENTERTAINING!!!

Bottom 2 was Holly and Denise. I'm happy with who went home. Though I was also surprised that the Woz wasn't in it.

Since there's a double elimination next week, he'll probably be gone along with the other one who didn't go home tonight.

Since 2 go next week, I think the judges will try to make sure his scores are low enough to get him booted but not low enough to keep him on with a rush of sympathy votes. They are really tired of him.

Bottom 2 was Holly and Denise. I'm happy with who went home. Though I was also surprised that the Woz wasn't in it.

I would have preferred Holly to go home. She was just as bad as she was the day before while Denise really improved. Plus, Holly's HUGE fake breasts really bug me.

Tonight's snarky comments:

(1) Did anyone else see Karina slip Maks her tongue at the end of their dance to Maneater? Or did I just imagine that?

(2) Karina let out such a SQUEAL when Woz made it my ears hurt.

(3) Karina looks like she can't stand Woz. Maks didn't seem a whole lot happier.

(4) I thought that the Cloris Leechman bits were very funny! I adore Corky Ballas. I wish they would bring him back.

My DS had some friends over last night while I was watching the elimination and these kids LOVED WOZ! I was really surprised how vocal they were about it. I didn't even know who he was but they knew all about him.

I would have figured 17 and 18 year old boys to be more Holly fans, but they didn't like the fake ****s and weren't shy about telling me!

Maybe he has the untapped teenaged boy vote!

Woz is getting the geek vote. Any and every computer/video gamer that I know is voting for him. Most without even watching the show! I was happy for him in that he is having fun.

Let's call it what it is- it's a popularity contest. For someone with a 10 from the judges to NOT get eliminated. - it's WHO you know.

Maks has ALWAYS been a jerk!!! He has been bad tempered and has made rude comments to the judges! He's had a little toe to toe I think with Carrieann before!! Maybe the two are made for each other!!!!

I'm glad Denise is gone. It was the combination of bad dancing and sour attitude that turned me off of her. Unfortunately Maks had to go with her. I do like him even though his attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I think he was ticked that he got Denise as a partner after the great partners he had received the last few seasons.

Actually, I thought that he lucked out getting Denise. She got most of the preshow publicity (until the injuries of the others). I really thought he had a chance this season, but who knew she would be such a terrible dancer. It seemed like she really was working at it, but she was just not good. I think Maks has just had a string of bad luck these last few seasons with partners.

Karina seemed pretty excited that Woz got through. I would assume they get paid more with each week

Samantha usually looks pretty (as long as you have your TV on mute ) but I thought she looked terrible last night. She is getting way too skinny!

While I don't know about the pros, there was an article in the paper that said all the stars get paid the same amount no matter when they go home. The top 3 do get a bonus though.
