I just ordered the Tink pin. It will take up to nine weeks to actually receive it but at least I finally got one!

Love the new magazine and the fan. So nostaligic!(a reproduced 1955 DL souvenir w/Archives logo on it).
The articles on the animals, Rapunzel, The Sherman Bros, and the DCA concept art were my favorites!

Wish I lived closer to Hollywood to attend the early screening of Up!

I wish I could attend the Up! screening too. The trailer with the boy scout and the colorful bird is hilarious.

I did not get an autograph in my magazine! I did like the fact that the magazine came in a cardboard carton!

I received my Mad Hatter Pin this afternoon! This is the 1st pin I have received! The others (Tink and Jiminy) are still on order!!!!!

Me neither - but I only received the first one three weeks ago despite joining on the first day - so I expect to get the second one in June, if the timing is the same. I guess because I live in Foreign.

It's been awhile since I've been on the Theme Parks forum, so I just saw this thread. We are also Charter Members of D23. I loved the first issue and am excited to delve into the second issue that I got last week! DH and I love Disney nostalgia and history, so this was right up our alley. I enjoyed getting the neat fan!

Joined D23 in March and went to the UP All Night Party last night! Just got to work...haven't slept, but it was totally worth it! The Free gift on top of the movie was an incredible pin! Will try to post a picture!

Wow the party sounded so cool.

I really wish they were doing more on the East Coast. I feel left out here. Its not like we can just drive over to events on the other end of the country. They should have planned the first expo in the middle of the country somewhere that everyone could travel to.
I know, I know, Disneyland is not in the middle lol But hey, a person can wish.

Can you tell I am so bummed I am not able to go to the Expo in CA. Especially where it falls on my BIRTHDAY!!

The thing that might get me to join D23 is the tours of the Studios or whatever. Even if it would be hard to get it, since it's limited, that's the thing that might sway me.
