My membership card has arrived! at last! I joined on 10th March. Nearly a month later. I wonder how long it will take for the magazine etc to arrive - I leave for Walt Disney World in two weeks - I reckon I would have been quicker picking things up myself.
When we in the UK are paying $58 on top of our membership fee for postage, I'd have thought there could have been a slightly faster way of doing this.
I am another one who is less than satisfied with D23 to date. I'd not recommend it.

that it took me several times to take the actual pics of the thing that I got b/c I was shaking so badly. It had rained today, but by the time the mailperson got to our house it had stopped, so it wasn't like it was sitting on my porch all day. Even though I knew it was sitting on the front porch I waited until I picked up my boys from school to pick the tube up so they could be there when I opened it. When I picked it up it was so soaking wet and part of the tube was coming apart. It was in a toilet paper tube like thing and it was like someone had tried to take the top layer off. Then when I opened the ends I noticed that it was very bent on one side and bent slightly less on the other side. It is so wet that the only way that I can get it out will be to destroy the entire tube. My DS10 looked at it and said "I would have expected more from Disney". My DH saw it and said "if that's the kind of 'pos' stuff you get with the D23 memebership you will never be allowed to do it again."
