Well I called back and confirmed and she said that is the price and it is for the fondant anniversary cake with white chocolate mickey/minnie topper.

Whoa - then you're getting a screamin' deal! Maybe I'll have you order my next anniversary cake... :rotfl:

Thanks!

You can order a 6-inch cake for $21 to be served at Le Cellier or Coral Reef. If I were you, I'd order it ahead of time by calling the Cake Hotline on the first page of this thread and following the prompts. Don't do the one they give you if you just ask when you get to the podium.

Here's what someone got recently at Coral Reef by phoning ahead:

Anyone know if I can get this at Cali Grill? I really don't want stale twinkie and Reddi Whip! :rotfl: I'm looking for something special yet inexpensive for my hubby's bday. We'll have our two boys with us, too!

just back yesterday - had the mini castle cake at narcoosees thursday (12/11) and was charged $15 - listed as "cindy slipper" on receipt - waiter insisted it was correct (and here i thought it would be $30, as quoted when i ordered it!!)

wow!

Here is our cake to kick off our Cruise! I had it sent to the table at Chef Mickeys the night before we left! We took it on the Ship with us! It lasted all week long! YUMMY!

oh my goodness yes it was awesome! And it stayed moist for 6 days! Yummy! Would do this one again! We got chocolate but you can get white cake as well

i would believe that you would need to order the cake and get it delivered. Also if you order and get it customized - I don't think it would be frozen.
Since you are going to DTD have you thought about getting something at Goofy's candy shop ( not sure if they have cakes )

Less than two weeks until our super special, above and beyond, tinkerbelle cake and it just occured to me - do I need to bring our own candle - what about a lighter? I just cannot wait to see the look on my daughters face at 1900 park fare - Whip

Need to know how much an 8 inch cake would cost from Y&BC, decorated for a 25th anniversary. Anyone out there can help me?
I have a cake topper, I know they'll charge $$ to put it on for me, so I'm trying not to drop a bundle on the cake itself. We are just a party of 5.

Any help is appreciated....

Thanks, Diane

I want to order DD a cake for her b-day - we are eating dinner at Le Cellier...does anyone have any pictures of cakes from Le Cellier? Thanks so much!!! :goodvibes

They just put in the standard little candles with the white stripe twisted down the sides. They also lit them for us.

I finally ordered a cake today. It will be a 10” vanilla with vanilla buttercream icing and strawberry mousse filling. I’m having them put the stand up 3-D white chocolate Mickey as a cake topper and chocolate covered strawberries to decorate. It will be from the Boardwalk Bakery. I’m a bit nervous after reading some of these posts… I really hope that the cake turns out well and taste great.

On the first page there is a list of GF cake and filling flavors for wedding cakes. Anyone had any luck ordering one of the more exotic fillings in a regular celebratory cake? I am especially interested in the peanut butter cup mousse filling. I realize that it would have to be a 10 inch. Thanks!

We mentioned we were celebrating both kids birthdays when we made our ADR's at 1900 Park Faire, Hollywood and Vine, Liberty Tavern, Chef Mickey's and Tusker's House and all of the restaurants brought both kids a decorated cupcake with a candle each time (all free of charge). They lit a candle and sang Happy Birthday each time too.

At CRT, I pre-ordered the slipper dessert (beautiful!) for $12 and they brought it out on a plate that said "HAPPY 6th Birthday Alex". Well worth the money and we shared it all together.

We were very happy with the service. :)

Is there any info on cakes at the restaurants in the Swan and Dolphin resorts? We'll be staying there on my birthday, and were planning on eating at either Shula's or Todd English's place, but if desserts aren't good, then we'll have to consider trekking to another resort. :p
