I might end up getting it too! I was concerned about the dining being so difficult to get too. We shall see!

I think the restaurants may still be understaffed and Disney cut reservations since it's historically a slower time. Hoping for the best!

We have been going the last two weeks of August for years. Crowds have always been great. Obviously this year's a little different with the pent up demand but blogs are already seeing a decline in crowd levels from their peak in July. Also don't judge it by dining there's staffing shortages causing less availability.

9.5 hour flight from Manchester for us, so it's check in, quick service food and bed, 5 hour time difference is a killer the first few days. But means we're up in plenty of time for early opening for resort guests, which is a bonus.

Same. Are yours magic band+ too? I called shop Disney this morning and they can’t see any reason it’s delayed. The cast member said I’ll get a refund and a discount to buy onsite if they don’t ship on time…

At least we all have regular magic bands already.

Yes! And I ordered them the morning they came out. I still have time, we don't leave until the 31st. But - it makes me a little anxious - I bought $200 worth of magic bands so our friends and their kids have one to get the full experience.

Anyone going soon still making changes? I moved 2 days today. Our only AK day was the day after MK with extended hours till 1am. No way we could make it to AK at the right time the next day. SO now its our DS day and can sleep in as late as we want. Only issue...I gave up our Yak and Yeti reservation. Luckily AK has plenty of good QS laces to eat.

Yes, I thought I was the only one! I am looking at moving a few days around based on our MNSSHP but I have issues with dining as well. We'll have to see what I decide is more important!

I'm probably changing some dining reservations as soon as I let the kids know that we're going. We leave on the 19th, I'll let them know the weekend before so they can have some input on dining resrvations. I'm not sure about Prime Time (I like it.. they're not so sure) and Teppan edo (there are some great hibachi places at home in jersey so not sure if its worth it, especially during food and wine...). Right now we have table service booked I think for every single lunch and dinner and it might be a bit much even though we generally enjoy the break.
