- Lily & Carly's plan succeeds, and Lily makes it into bed with Holden. After they are finished having sex though, Holden learns how Lily and Carly worked together to get him in bed, and this resurrects the problems between Lily and Holden.

-Emily and Casey head to New York City. While there, they end up having sex. Afterwards, Emily tells Casey he is fired and they will never have sex again.

-Despite Brad telling Katie he only loves her, Katie is furious that Janet won't leave Oakdale.

-Chris uses his hospital connections to help out Alison make up an important exam. She passes the second time.

-Luke thinks Ameera has an agenda after he overhears her talking with Winston on her cell phone.

-Holden finds himself in a situation he didn't expect!



Alison is excited to pass her test. Chris congratulates and spontaneously kisses her. Casey gives Alison a letter that Matt wrote her. Lily reveals to Holden their kids are with Carly and then lies and tells him Lucinda canceled their dinner plans. Carly asks Jack to stay at the house and help her with the kids. Holden and Lily have sex. Jack learns that Carly helped Lily set up her night alone with Holden, and he is really upset. Holden realizes he was set up. Luke overhears Ameera on the phone with Winston Mayer, and then the two fight over the phone call and what her goal is. Barbara reveals to Sofie that her son will provide all the startup money for the line of jewelry, but that Paul will be a silent partner. Barbara advises Sofie she won't be able to change how Paul feels about her or Meg Snyder. Emily is changing in her office, and Casey accidentally sees her in her underwear. There is evident sexual tension between the two. Casey and Emily make love. Casey reveals to Margo that he quit the intruder. Casey visits Lisa and requests she rehire him. Emily has to deal with her new retarded temp. Margo gloats to Emily that she has lost Casey.

haven't watched ATWT in MONTHS, and GL in almost as long. They've turned awful- I was addicted from the early/mid 80s to almost present to both shows. Now I couldn't care less.

I grew up with all of them. I guess I was watching since birth. Summers were spent in the garden in the morning, before it got so hot, then in my grandparents' living room shelling peas or beans and watching soaps. I grew up with Y&R, ATWT, and GL. And I watched all the 30 min soaps that came in between (we were all very upset when Capitol was canceled). It just isn't the same anymore-they are too dumbed down. And no history! Emily with Casey! Victor and Sabrina (Y&R) Lily recast, Gus's death, anything on B&B (Donna and her "honey bear" )...........They just need to get better fast!

I agree Holden and Jack are the trouble makers....they are soooooo far from perfect yet they cant see it in themselves only in everyone else....Carley and Lily turn into such jerks when they are around them....and Jack and Holden walk around like this ....and it has gotten very old. If ya think about it Ema has always been like that also. The woman and men in her kids lives have never been good enough for her children.

I am losing interest in these soaps too and I have been watching over 20 years. I think GL is way worse though. That new format ruined it for me

I'm hating Guiding Light. You don't just meet people in the park. It's so stupid!

I'm still watching ATWT and was enjoying the Carly/Holden storyline. Emily and Casey are just stupid. I'm okay with Ali and Chris and Paul is always interesting. I still don't get why they are trying to shove Sophie down our throats, I can't stand her. Oh and don't even get me started on the Lily recast.

Martha was in the middle of contract negotiations. She took a big paycut last year, and was willing to settle for the same this year. All she asked for was the same number of shows this year as last year. She thought they were negotiating with her until her agent called and said they had sent out a casting call to replace her!

I am just watching today's show, after not really watching for a few months- I am also a Days of Our Lives watcher, and I just saw Julie Pinson is playing Janet (the mother of Brad's daughter, Liberty). How funny- on Days, JP played Billie, who was Austin's sister. Austin was played by Austin Peck, who now plays Brad. So the actors went from brother and sister to former lovers .

Julie looks great, though, and Austin is MUCH better as Brad than he ever was as Austin.

Sofie brings the check to Margo, guaranteeing that Paul and Meg's troubles aren't over.

Luke is devastated when Noah keeps away from him following his father's disappearance.

After Alison tells Bob she'll drop the suit if she is taken into the nursing program and Chris is fired, Bob tells Chris to leave in order to save his career, but Chris confronts Alison, which Susan witnesses.

Not liking Holden and Carly - kind of yuck. Carly is going to lose her only friend.
