You're kidding! Some of the best jokes are only funny if you know they're coming from Ron Howard (like when they tried to hire Andy Griffith. )

I loved all the Happy Days jokes, too.

When Scott Baio, as Bob Loblaw says, "This isn't the first time I've been brought in to replace Barry Zuckerkorn".

Of course way back in the Happy Days, days, he was brought in to be a younger, hipper, replacement for Fonzie (Henry Winkler).

I just can't explain how awesome this show was.

I also am excited about AD coming back. Although my excitement is tempered by the knowledge that it is difficult to recreate the 'magic' of an original series.

For instance, we all know about the original 39 episodes of The Honeymooners with Gleason, Carney, etc. Years later they tried to do new Honeymooner episodes (as specials) with poor results.

Of course, Family Guy was cancelled, off air for two years, and came roaring back better than ever, so it can be done. Here's hoping!

Every time my wife and I have occasion to go to the hospital (alas, with our aged parents, far too frequently) one of us will sooner or later say "If you need me, I'll be in the hospital bar".

"There's no bars in hospitals"
