Last Minute Questions

Hey everyone, our first day is on 8/1 and I’ve got some last minute questions. Thanks to any and all who help!

1) Do the LLSP return times for Rise and RSR get pushed out quite a bit or is it usually a fairly quick turnaround? For example, if I want to do Rise sometime in the 11 AM hour, do I look for a LLSP around 11 or earlier? Obviously, I recognize I sort of need to keep an eye on it.

2) We plan to rope drop non-early entry parks. If we are inside the gate at 7:30 and I book our first LLMP right away, does the two hour window until the next booking start at 7:30 or 8 (so book again 9:30 or 10)?

3) Does modifying a LLMP return time for later restart the two hour window?

4) Is there a handy list of the typical order LLMP sell out in each park?

5) My 14 year old daughter wants to rope drop PP, Matterhorn, and Space in that order (assuming nothing is down). Assuming we are at the front of rope drop, what kind of stand by line should I expect at Space by the time we would get there? In other words, do I need to use the first LLMP on that? I would prefer not to use any before 10 and save the LLMP for Space for later.

6) Does anyone have a picture of where the ropes are located for rope drop and a recommendation for where we should attempt to stand to go straight to PP? Same for Soarin on the DCA day.

Thanks again for any help!

They are usually almost immediate return times.

It keeps the same two hour window.

Have you looked at Thrill Data? https://www.thrill-data.com/lightning-lane/dlr

I'm also preparing a trip. I saw it's 9:30 from a facebook disneyland page, 2 hrs after your first LL booking at 7:30.

And I've found very good information from a posting here even though some part is a bit outdated: https://www.disboards.com/threads/r...multipass-and-singlepass-2024-update.3863236/

If you make good time on PP, It’s really unlikely that Matterhorn will be open when when you want. You’ll probably end up doing SM 2nd, if you don’t want to waste time. Or you could do other FL attractions until it opens.

Ah that makes sense. I have one last last last question. We will have park hopper tickets. I know you can't physically hop from one park to the next until 11 AM, but can you book lightning lanes in the second park earlier than 11 AM? For example, could I book a lightning lane for Indy with a return time of 11 AM at 9:30 AM while standing in DCA? Thanks again!

As long as the start time of the LL is after park hopping time, you can in fact make a LL reservation for the other park. Meaning you can book for 11:00 - 12:00 but not 10:30 - 11:30

I tried buying an ILL for RotR from DCA before 11:00 a.m. and it wouldn't let me. Probably because the RotR return time was almost immediate? I didn't see any way to request a later return time, so I just waited until 11:00 to buy it.

If the start time of the LL is before park hoping you can't book the LL. So if the return time was 10:55 then they won't let you book. It has to be after 11am.
