Sorry, but I think Carrie has a much better voice and it factor. If Carrie doesn't make it on AI she will be on the next plane to Nashville with a contract in her hand. The girl has CMA written all over her!

Yes, she has CMA written all over her, but I still think Jessica gave her a run for her money.

Whether Jessica was or wasn't going to win in the end (she never had a chance, the producers will guarantee either Carrie or Bo will win) should not matter. The issue is that there were far worse contestants with small pockets of obsessed fans than Jessica who was very talented, but failed to secure a rabid base. There is no way she should have gone home tonight. Just who is voting for Scott? He was miserable!

That sucks!!! I dont think Jessica could have won it but I also dont think her time was up yet. I can think of a couple guys who should have been the ones gone tonight.

This is ridiculous! None of those 3 were my favorites, but all 3 of them are much more deserving to be there than Scott and Nikko! I think all 3 of them are good, with Jessica probably being my favorite out of the 3 . I didn't want any of them to win, but I think they all deserve to be there longer.

How Scott and Nikko continue to escape the bottom 3 is beyond me. My parents and I were so mad when we realized that not even one of them was in the bottom!

Yea, Scott's father may not have been very supportive of him, but boo hoo that's in the past. I saw family and friends there for him yesterday. Feeling sorry for someone is not a reason to vote for them. As for Nikko, yea he may have a talented father, but that doesn't mean he's talented. I guess people must be voting because they like his dad?

Oh well, I guess next week we're in for at least 2 bad performances of just standing there being blah and crotch grabbing R&B crap.

it should have been scott or anthony....whoever you are that are voting for Scott...WHY? He was awful last night and has no personality when he sings...he makes the same moves for every song he sings...at least last week he flung his glasses, that was original...and what is up with him chanting to himself every time Ryan is focused on him on vote night...that is creepy...He is NOT Ruben!

I totally disagree with this! The producers aren't guaranteeing a win for anyone. Think of all the past contestants that had much more commercial appeal than the winners. And as far as the judges comments I think they backfire 50% of the time.

I do concede that some contestants have an advantage at the very beginning but talent always prevails. Just look at Bo and Constantine. Bo was barely profiled early on - he looked like a wallflower. It was all Constantine all the time. And now Bo has clearly overtaken Constantine in the singing and popularity contests (and rightly so ).

You know, at this point, I like ALL the contestants. This is the one and only season where I liked all 12 finalists. So whoever gets kicked off I'm going to be sad. These kids are all super talented, imo, I just wish they could ALL stay!!!!

I totally agree with you Snoopy. My favourites change from week to week. That has never happened before. I usually had two favourites and that was it! The judges picked well this season.

i agree with snoopy too, i definitely like some people in the top 10 more than others, but i do like all of them. not like previous years, where people i couldn't stand made it sometimes into the top 3. the only person in the top 12 i really wanted out was lindsey, and america agreed with me on that one

This is the first year I liked almost everyone. As soon as they picked the final 12, I liked everyone but Scott. And then when Mario dropped out , I liked everyone but Scott and Nikko. I was already upset these last 3 weeks seeing the 3 girls leave, and I'll probably be upset when everyone else but Scott and Nikko leaves. But the 4 I'm mainly cheering for now are Carrie, Bo, Constantine and Anthony.

I didn't vote at all...but just one note...Ruben wobbled the same way for all his songs to and he won the whole thing.

Hello! i already admitted it was me, although I wasn't home last night so I didn't vote but I would have, he had one off night, I think he has been good every time except last night.

I would buy his CD cause I think he has a really good voice, I won't decide against him just because of one off night.....

Also, I don't vote out of pity because of the thing with his father....

Funny Note-My S.O. wanted to know how old Jessica is and while I was on the website to find out, I found out that she was a nanny. He said "a singing nanny, huh?" I said "Yeah, just like Mary Poppins" and he said "I was thinking Maria Von Trapp." Funny part is that if you asked me which movie I preferred of the two, I would say Sound of Music yet I thought of Mary Poppins first....see what happens when you hang out on a Disney board.

I love Scott. I vote for him every week. I am really glad to see Jessica go. She has no talent at all. Who votes for her? LOL!
