"Official" 2024 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Not sure when to go stand in line. It’s too hot and sunny for this former Minnesotan cum Tennessean. Don’t want to have to put on sunblock…so thinking around 430 hopefully the entrance crowd will die down and we can walk in and go right to our dinner in the nice shaded Skipper Canteen Have a great party everyone!!!

I am very excited to see the reports from the first party tonight. I go on December 1 so it will be great to get some knowledge before I go. I didn't know about the changes to the Halloween party until I was walking into the park for the first party this year and it completely changed how I did the party on the fly and I ended up missing the parade.

Went to the entrance at 3:45 for the party tonight on 11/8. Thought it would be packed. Wasn’t bad at all. Directed into a corral by the gate. They started letting people in at 3:51. Inside with wristbands attached by 3:58! Amazing. Easiest and quickest entrance ever for a party!

Has anyone seen stitch? Since they moved him to tomorrowland I’m wondering if he’s in his Hawaiian shirt this year?

Not sure if anyone is watching streams but I'm watching the parade while it's in Frontierland and the parade soundtrack is so much different than previous years . I'm actually disappointed as the music doesn't fit as well, totally my opinion though!

Really!? I feel like the music from the nutcracker doesn't fit as well as the last few years but I'm happy you like it! I just miss the marshmallow world in the winter part and the "I want candy" part when Clarabelle shows up.

I will say I think this parade needs to be viewed on Main Street with all the decorations and the snoap.

Nooo. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it I’ll be so sad if it’s that much different. The parade was literally the most magical thing I had seen in 2022

Every performance of the Nutcracker I have ever been to has been attended by a large cohort of kids, especially girls. The Nutcracker has also influenced a whole lot of Christmas media since the 80's. My introduction was through the Care Bears.
