Trying to think through ‘real’ food timing - we’d like to try some of the fun party themed food but wondering where to grab dinner before the party gets going.

I read most places close during the party unless they have party/Halloween themed food. Does that sound right?

My plan is early lunch that day and then early dinner before we get to party. Got the spring rolls later on at christmas party last year and put that with any snack you want and was set. Dont want to waste party time sitting. Will use resort QS for early dinner before we leave, but if you want to eat before in MK the usual suspects like Pecos Bills, Cosmic Rays, Pinnichio., etc will be acailable.

For those looking for the dwarfs, this was taken just over a week ago at Hollywood Studios after you go through security around 5:00. They are randomly showing up in the early evening. I also saw Stitch in the same area and Pinocchio and Gepeto just inside the park on the left as you go in, in front of the gate there. Wonderful surprises

Then LLMP for that morning it is because TBA is one of my do or die attractions for this trip.

Nooo. We tried it last night. 100% do not recommend. It’s too much of a hassle plus people are sitting down sometimes (for parade, fireworks, stage show, character meeting, to eat, they’re tired, etc.) and it’s hard to see in the dark in general.

Thanks. I plan to eat all my desired party-themed treats by 8pm. I'm interested in the later scheduled times for the shows when I won't be concerned with having greasy fingers or dropping food or just being distracted from the party in general while eating.

Evil Queen and Maleficent are up on the train station area as you enter the park.

Thank you for posting this.... Big fan of the villains, but I'm kinda disappointed.

I had heard something about more villains at the party this year, so I immediately thought new meet n' greets, or additional villains in the parade, or maybe even a villain dance party similar to Disneyland.

Am I correct that the train station villains are the only new wrinkle?

Cruella is there at the entrance (separate from Evil Queen and Maleficent), near the treat bag pick up area. We didn’t do a lot of character meets so not sure if Jafar, Queen of Hearts might be there.

Hocus Pocus show does invite a number of villains to join. It’s pretty well done! Dr Facilier and Oogie Boogie have their own performances and then the third act features the other villains.
