I was whooping up a storm at some of the announcements and very pleasantly surprised that we got as much info as we did.

As they say on "Puppy Dog Pals," I'm "super duper extra overly excited" for Ratatouille and Guardians. I was even cheering for the Gondola, and I'm still kind of scared of the Gondola - but it sounds so cool! i was watching the Periscope feed that froze up on Baby Groot, and got in late and missed most of Star Wars (SW:GE, is that our new acronym now?), so need to go find some videos.

Agreed, surprised they didn't name a new country pavilion, and at one point I really thought they were about to talk about a new nighttime parade for MK.

To the PP who asked about how we knew the UoE building would still be there, when they talked about a new GOTG attraction, the facade in the concept art looked to me like the UoE building.

How come there is always so much negativity surrounding the addition of more Disney IPs to EPCOT?

Because Epcot is the most innovative amusement park theme/design in history... like Disneyland...it's a trailblazer.

The customers have gotten so whiney about their kids being "bored" and wanting nothing but cartoons and princess lines...and it dumbs down the place.

Some people need to grow up and it's not the kids. Contrary to the tv programming...thinking is GOOD...dumb is not "ok"

Like the rumors that if you don't want to wait hours in standby you will have to pay for maxpass to ride Star Wars rides in DL cause they won't offer standard FP (at DHS they will most likely be tier 1)

BTW the new magic kingdom theater is OFF of main street not directly on it according to Dis Unplugged reporting on youtube. It IS directly modeled after a theater during the SAME TIME PERIOD located in Missouri

Oooh I'm not sure. That would make sense but does the Riviera really tie into the Caribbean? I was having visions of Venice but they do call it the Mexican Riviera too etc etc. Anyone know if they mentioned WHERE this one was going?

The only reason I've really heard was they didn't want to poach possible business from Aulani but come on. Its been years... anyone interested in a resort on an island has bought it, the ones who could be swayed have been swayed hurry up and TAKE MY MONEY*!

*Edit: actual payout of my $ is entirely dependant on the price tag & theming. Adventureland/polynesian anything ala Sam's is 100% certain. Almost anything else I need to see and think about first.

Pretty amazing that just about every rumor turns out to be true - even the Star Wars Resort.

Definitely more than they have announced to pattern. Compared to the NOTHING of the last decade...I'll take it.
