@HockeyMomNH i think it looks good but I don't think you need to do back-to-backs every weekend. Maybe once or twice, or every other weekend?
As for 6/13...I'm going up to 5/10 (would have liked to do 5/12 but I've been sick so that's it going to happen). If you think it'll help you mentally, go for it, but most training plan stop out in the 10-12 range.
