We're on the home stretch here! Good job getting out there for these last workouts. For those who struggled to complete their miles, don't sweat it. Trust your training. A big part of conquering the distance of a half is mental. It is much easier to do something if we tell ourselves we can rather than have to spend energy overcoming our self doubt.
We can do this!
We can do this!

I'm excited, but the past few weeks have been miserable for training. I've been battling a sinus/chest congestion thing that just does not want to go away, so I've not been training like I should. Between that and all the traveling I did over Christmas/New Years, I've only done two 4-5 mile runs since mid-December. I had hoped to get a decent run in this past weekend, but just taking out the trash left me short of breath since my lungs are so full of crap
Am hoping that all the training I've done the past several months will kick in and carry me through! Now I just need to figure out how to get well...

You still have some time so think positive, get rest, fluids and take some vitamines.
Rest up!
Hope you feel better soon! Take lots of vitamin C and cold medicine.
