On another note, my medicine reaction is finally getting better (18 days and counting) and I started running this morning. Felt good so going to continue the rest of the week and see how I feel this weekend. Might test myself with a slow LR of 8. If that goes well I will get back in the swing of things next week. Yay! Bad thing is the heat has set in, yikes.

If you go on the race site, there's a section for spectators and if you click on that and then chear squad, it lists what each level gets. They also have the link to purchase it.
