Where can you find info on what times put you in which corral? I have a 10K coming up and would love to have an idea if I could move up or not.
There isn't anything posted. These are all just guesses based on what we got into last year. Overall, it's based on what times everyone submits. They have a limit of a certain # of people per corral, so they start with the fastest times in A and place people on back going down the times submitted. But my 10K time was within a minute of yours last year and I was in B. Since I stopped to take pictures frequently (and pee, like every 5 minutes it seemed) I finished the half in 2:42. But if you are trying to guess on a "regular" half time, then I would agree with the poster who would put it at 2:20-ish.
) before turning 42 in August. Hmmm... maybe we'll have to look at April to make it an even 6 before the weather gets too hot!!!

I would do a 3 miler tomorrow and no more than 2 on Thursday. Start on refined (white stuff) carbs on Thursday - potatoes, white rice, regular noodles - no whole grains after Wednesday evening (just read this recently and it made sense). I hate to miss Richmond this year as the Hubster and I have run the 8K for the last 7 years, but we're off to the Outer Banks on Friday for a half on Sunday. Good luck!! The weather is supposed to be awesome!
