I have a spibelt, but am mulling over this deal. I am also assuming if you wanted say a double that is $26, you pay the extra....again, see the link for details.
Bummer they sold out.
I had a SPI belt but I didn't like it. My phone is thin but big and it would flop the whole time I ran. I bought the double pouch iFitness belt at the Princess expo and I loved it. I gave my mom that one though and I am planning on getting the race hydration belt that has the toggles to hold your bib. I already bought my sister one for Christmas and am hoping to order mine soon too.Don't get down! Try to enjoy the rest (minus the GI issues!). You might surprise yourself when you get back out there. I missed about a week of training last year too because I was sick and my first run back I felt great and it was one of my best times at that time. Sometimes your body could really use the rest and a little time to repair itself...don't push it and get back out there too early though. Feel better!
ITA!! I have had the same thing happen time after time. I think sometimes our bodies just need the forced rest to re-energize.
I never ran before this year. I started the C25K on Memorial Day weekend and I have been pretty consistant with running 3-4x/week. I am NOT a runner at all. I use the Galloway walk/run program. Finished my first official 5K this weekend at 33:55.
I was hoping for 32:00, but the last mile was uphill.
It kicked my butt to say the least.
him, but I don't need him stretching out my goods!

I guess maybe I should have said I was never a runner before. I was a competitive swimmer as a kid, but never could run more than a few minutes without getting a huge side stitch.
