Yes! Photo ops are a must! (Provided we all stay healthy and are able to finish) my cousin came up with a fun idea to hit each park that night with our medals and take a picture in front of each worlds' "icon". Oh, and of course we are wearing our medals to dinner

Alright girls, I have some info on pricing for the Wish princess bondibands!

If we order between 12-25 bands the price would be $5 for the band
There is a set up fee of $20 for the order, so right now at 13 bands that would add another another $1.53, but if we get more interest that will be cheaper! I'll mail all the bands out once I recieve them, so there will be an extra $1 for shipping. The total price per a band right now is $7.53. I'm still waiting to find out whether others can order the band down the road without the 12 band minimum. Let me know if anyone else is interested now that we have a better idea about price.

I would love to be added to the list for a bondi band. I will PM you now.

Kidding aside, I remember some people going to do the princess meal in Norway for their meal on Sunday which I thought was awesome to do with princess gear and medal. I haven't ever eaten there, so I'm not sure what the food is like, but I'm tempted to book there just for the awesome photo opps without having to wait in line.

We ate in Norway last year and had a blast. We did a late lunch and yeah it wasn't cheap, but what character meal is, though I do realize some are buffet so you can eat to your hearts content. I got the house dish which was meatloaf basically and it was really good....I was so hungry! It was a fun meal, but you can get your pic made with some princesses after the race without going to the character dinner. This year we are talking about Canada or something Italian.We will see where we can get our reservations!

SaySay and I went to Norway for a late lunch after the Princess. It was a blast! The cold buffet was a bit more of the "ick" factor for me - I'm not that adventurous. However, the entrees were really good. And, yes, it's overpriced, but we had a blast and had Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Aurora & Snow White there. The pic included with the meal was with Belle. As a mom of 3 boys, I'm glad I did it b/c I can't imagine I will get to do something so girly again!!! If you go to all ears dot net they have menus for all the WDW restaurants. Also, the characters were really funny. When they saw our medals, they asked about them. Jasmine said that she sent Aladdin to the race b/c she doesn't like to get up early, and Ariel said that she wanted to run, but she couldn't because she had *just* gotten her new feet!

Wish Princess bondibands can be reordered again later without the set up fee, but the order would have to have the 12 band minimum. I think I'll order a few extra in case some join this thread later and want one just to make it easier. I would really like to see this order get up to 20 bands so the cost will be an easy $7 (or less) for everyone. We have 13 bands in our order right now, if I order 3-4 extra, then we only need 3-4 to make it to 20 bands. I'll plan to let people add their name to the list until next Monday 8/1. After that date I'll send everyone a paypal invoice for the final cost, and will order once I receive payments. If you are already on the list, can you please PM me your email address that you want me to send your invoice to?

Brutal morning for a long run - it was 83 degrees and over 90% humidity when I got in my car at 4:30 to go meet the group. Managed 10.6 but the last few were hot hot hot.

Yes, Brutal here in MD also. My running group was scheduled for 16 miles and they told us to only do 10. Smart advice and we all took it slow. No point in feeling like crap at the end and for the rest of the day.

If we want to just add our team name to the bottom of the tiara design that bondiband already sells, we can do that, but it will be an additional fee for the design to be created (I'm not sure how much $$.) We can also submit a design/ logo to be printed for free. Are there any creative girls that want to help out? I have some basic design skills and can try my hand at it if no one else wants to, but if anyone else is skilled in this area and wants to help let me know!

Second, we need to decide for sure on colors of band and ink. Since it's a WISH band we'll want to include the lime green color either in the band or the ink. I played around with some clipart for some possible designs. Let me know if any look good to get printed on the bondibands. We can get the design in any color, it just has to all be the same color (text and picture) to keep the $7 price.

I am so psyched for the Princess Half. But so bummed at the moment. I havent run in a full week, and my knee has not let up. I've been so good since starting Couch to 5K, the most have taken off between days is 2 or 3 days. I want to get back out there, but i dont want to make my knee worse. Thursday I go to the doctor. Thursday cant come soon enough.

Also in other news, in my job searching today I found a job that I would really really really like! If I can get this job, I am sure I would be allowed a few days to go do the Princess 2012, so I am praying this job is the one!!

I really like all the designs for the bondi band. Would it make the most sense color wise for it to be black with the green lettering so it goes with more peoples costumes? Or does it make more sense to be a lime green band so we can spot each other eaiser??
